Usually have great service. Been a few times where I made an online order and didn’t even start it till I was there to pick it up and of course they didn’t tell me till after they ran my card and offered no compensation. However it was ready in a timely manner afterwards. Would of gotten better marks for service otherwise

They have a wonderful Roast Beef sandwhich. It’s what I get everytime I go there. Would avoid their pizza if you don’t like thicker crust pizza. It’s as thin as a cracker. Overall had a great experience. The server bought my soda because I taught him how to use the “Touch pay”.

St Lewis pizza is my favorite kind of pizza, and Imos is st Louis pizza. The crust is thin and crispy like it should be. I have been to this particular location a few times because it’s easy to stop at while passing through and not having to go downtown. Also, the toasted ravioli is delicious (another unique st Louis food). Would highly recommend Imos if you are a pizza lover like myself. The service here is always top notch too.

I’ve been an Imo’s fan for a long time and this location does not disappoint. I’ve only done take out but our order is always accurate and the food delicious. And the drive thru window is a huge perk. And I always cut through the parking lot next to it to go to the light.

I’m a huge imos fan. My first choice of pizza. However the Troy locations pizza seems over sauced and not enough cheese every time. Imos is all about provel cheese and it’s not easy to taste over the amount of sauce. other locations you usually can’t even see the toppings because there is cheese burying them. Not here. The wings are never cooked long enough like every other imos I’ve been to. I’m not one to ever complain on reviews but I was so excited to have imos comee to town and it’s so disappointing.
