I can’t believe my family and I just learned about this place today, and how fortunate we are to have such amazing food so readily available. It’s the most authentic Italian pasta we’ve had since Liana’s in Fairfield closed. The store is immaculate, and everything we ordered to make at home was outstanding. Because of the quality of the ingredients, specifically the imported grains in the pasta, you can enjoy a bowl of Rigatoni Bolognese (and your kids and wife’s unfinished portions), and not feel heavy and overfilled. Can’t wait to enjoy more dishes from this place.

We had a great experience with the pasta making class. Federico taught us to make our own pasta, then cut, fill and shape it. We got to sample focaccia and desserts, enjoy some Prosecco and have a great time while learning a new skill. Highly recommend.

It’s as good as anywhere I’ve had in the world and thrilled it’s right in our backyard. Federico and his team are warm and inviting and always happy to answer you have any questions you may have about the countless pasta and sauce options they have and their desserts are as good as anywhere – they should be, given Federico also owns Figo, my favorite gelataria in SoHo. Been eating here all week, every week for over a year and it’s just as amazing as the first time I stepped inside its doors.
