The woman who greeted us was nice (I believe it was the owner). The food was generously portioned, good quality, and delicious. The biscuit was flaky and soft, the chicken was juicy, and the waddles were tasty. While waiting they offered us samples of their homemade kiwi limeade which was refreshing and I’d definitely recommend.

They drop ’em fresh!!! So, be prepared to wait. My experience was 18 minutes.

I was greeted when I walked in and asked if it was my first time. It was , without even asking her any questions, she proceeded to do the run down of the menu and how everything worked, which was great. I was definitely feelin the friendly customer service! The chicken was thickly breaded, not usually how I like my fried chicken; but it was good. It was well seasoned , cooked through, and fresh. I would definitely try again.

Run, do not walk, RUN to this wing place! Brontosaurus chicken wings, double breaded skin, amazing flavor, and don’t forget to order some waddles. Pic is after pushing family back (think Yosemite Sam) after first eating not to eat the rest, cause I forgot to take a ‘before’ pic.

I live in Des Moines WA and was down in the Lacey/ Olympia area for work. I was going to go to Firehouse Subs… and I probably should have. The service was very nice, the lady that took my order was very helpful, as it was my first time visiting. I ordered a 9 piece garlic/parm and lemon pepper honey w/ wavy fries and their brown butter biscuit. The server informed me that the wings take 14 minutes to cook. I like my chicken fried hard, so I asked for them to be cooked a few minutes longer, and they obliged. I was also told that the fries had a special seasoning on them. So I was super excited when I received my meal. There is no seating, so everything is to go. I went to my car and started eating. There was no ranch in with my order, I went back in to get some, they gave it to me for free but it is usual $0.75 for a Kens Ranch cup (Red Flag, because they should definitely have a house ranch). So I dig in, the biscuit heavily resembled the biscuits at KFC, and those are not homemade. I also don’t know what the brown butter was supposed to do for the biscuit, I expected it to be sweet. My fries didn’t taste like there was a special seasoning on them, and the chicken wasn’t good… at all. The chicken was very hot, temperature wise and I had to wait until I got home to eat them. And they were still a miss. Out side of the flavors added to the chicken, the chicken wasn’t seasoned well, nor were the flavors that great. The lemon pepper honey did not taste good at all, it needed some spice or something because it just tasted like sweet chicken with dollar tree lemon pepper seasoning. The garlic/Parmesan was no better. This whole experience was a miss for me!

I moved here about 4 months ago and love local food. I’ve tried several places and have enjoyed most. But Ikonic Wings is my favorite so far. This place fits the name. Hands down the best wings I’ve had in a long time! I will be a returning customer.

I came in on Superbowl Sunday and they were only taking pick up orders for catering. However, they were kind enough to allow myself along with a few others to still place our orders. The wings were amazing and the hospitality was as well. Grateful to have been able to try this place before I left the area!

The wings are probably different from what you’re used to.

Great service and delicious food. The portions were huge. Being from Alabama, I really appreciated the style of food and it reminded me of home. We got way more food for less of the price of larger chains and the quality was far superior. Also love being able to support a veteran owned business in the area. Definitely coming back soon. Wish I had pictures to include in the review, but those wings didn’t stand a chance.

This was my first time trying them out. I ordered 25 wings with 3 different flavors. I got home and realized they forgot to give me one box of wings. I called them up and they apologized and said they realized their mistake after I left. I went back to pick up the wings and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and nice. They owned their mistake and made no excuses which is awesome and rare nowadays! I told them it partly falls on me, I should have checked my order before I left. They apologized once again and said they threw in a couple extra wings.
