5 Stars for service at the Colorado IKEA! I made an online order for an extra set of couch covers in mid December, but only one of the 6 items arrived. The phone support folks failed me more than once, so literally 3 months after the order, and the last phone support person telling me that Ikea’s database showed my items “delivered” but FedEx showing only that a label was made but no items received by FedEx for shipment, the phone support guy basically said “sorry you have to open an investigation with FedEx…” So I hopped in the car to go to IKEA to get in front of humans. The folks in the Colorado IKEA returns desk were awesome! They wasted no time making things right, they saw that the items I ordered were in stock at the store, had them pulled by a team member and given to me. In the 3 months since the order, the price had gone up by $19 but they did whatever magic overrides they needed to do, and I walked out with my couch covers. I walked in the store with a lid on my anger at the hassle, but I walked out happy. Thank you CO IKEA! Well played. Give your team a bonus or lunch or something.

We got our kitchen done by IKEA 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we picked laminate counter tops and they are falling apart already. We want to upgrade our countertops to quartz with IKEA minus the cost of the laminate counter tops we previously purchased bc it’s under 25 year warranty. No one at IKEA is helping us, they say we can either replace the counters again with laminate or pay full price for the quartz upgrade. Why would we want the same countertops that didn’t even last 2 years? 1 star for customer service, lack of communication, and the lack of any help.

Food is tasty but if you there just for just the meatballs you can get them for less bin the snack bar. They did have their chocolate gooey cake for $.49 a slice if you are an IKEA Family member and a side salad is only $1.49 in the cafe.

The selection and competitive prices are great. If you know what you need, this is a great place to pick items up. If you have questions it is hit and miss, for example this is my third trip toget the correct items for under cabinet lighting.
