The ramen is good. Portions are large and the flavors are solid. The menu is surprisingly pork heavy which is fine, it just leaves more limited beef/chicken and veggie options. The side options are pretty big too if your looking to enhance your bowl. They did forget the egg in my bowl, luckily my buddy donated me his. The price is more than what I was expecting as well. It a yummy place to eat, but the price of a meal for 2 makes this place more of an “every once in a while” kind of place.

Went out to lunch at Ika San Ramen and Izakaya on Pine Lake today. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh and had exceptional flavor. We shared dumplings and steamed buns as an appetizer. For our entrees we had the Fuego Ramen and Spicy Miso. Definitely going back again!

First time here. I have to say the broth tastes very good, but the noodles are a little hard. We did not get our appetizer even after I finished my noodles, and I had to remind the waitress. I found pig hair in my soup, maybe it’s okay because I ordered pork belly. I was not gonna leave this review until my friend found a tooth in the egg rolls . We were told that they use pig head to cook the broth, but not sure how the tooth jumped to the egg rolls. We got 20% discount, but it was not a good experience.

thanks for opening in Lincoln – great location, easy parking – roomy dining room – fun art- also thanks for offering Kros Strain Fairy Nectar on tap – wide liquor & selection of dishes to choose from – unsure about Korean connection – kimchi?, it was pretty gaijin mild, add more garlic & chili…maybe the past reviewer’s “not ramen” comment was because broth was tepid – look for ramen bowls rolling steam & having to blow the noodles cool, before even thinking about slurping the broth – odd that chopsticks aren’t offered in the table service – no soy sauce?…food was good but don’t feel compelled to return

I ordered the Spicy Seafood Ramen and I would say its the most bland ramen I’ve ever eaten. It wasn’t spicy, it wasn’t flavorful , everything was cold. The onsen egg wasn’t cooked properly and the egg white was falling a part. The price was pretty steep for the quality.

Super excited to try this place but here are my few issues. Walked in and wasnt sure if it was seat yourself or wait. So that was awkward. Second they ran out of chopsticks. How do run out, you can get nondisposable and wash them just like the forks you offer. The wait time from ordering to getting either the ramen or the appetizers was a bit longer than expected. When I did get my food the broth for my noodles was thick and salty. I had the Tonkotsu, also had to dilute the “broth” with water. The spicy tuna tot was not balanced in flavor. I would not recommend the tot.

Hello, I was so excited to try the Lincoln location but it was bad experience. The ramen was not even fully cooked the soup wasn’t even warm. I had tried 2 different locations in Omaha they were better than this one ! Also, need to improve customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. My first and last time coming here.

Was super excited to hear Lincoln having another ramen place, besides Shokunin, there’s no other good ramen place. I thought we could change that with this place but nope. Food was abysmal. The tonkatsu ramen’s broth was salty and oily, the meat was bland. My cousin ate couple bites of her tuna bowl cause it was so bad. Barely any tuna with no flavor. The calamari’s breading was so thin, it fell off, and we got a couple of round squid pieces, the rest was all vegetables. The tuna tots was all tots, barely any tuna. I don’t mind food being expensive if it’s good, but here, the food is just not good. The wait for the food was unjustifiably long. There was only a couple of tables with people, but we got our main food before the appetizer and that was after an hour. For the price and wait time, the food is not worth it. I wouldn’t go here again.
