The customer service is superb. They have a variety of Asian food from Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese. I ordered the Korean Bulgogi BiBiMap rice bowl and it was awesome. The food came out fast and hot to the table. You get a good amount of food portion for the price that is paid. This is definitely a go to if you’re looking for a variety of Asian food.

This was my first time coming to Ijji Noodle HouseWe came for dinner, we’re greeted and sat down quickly which was very great! The staff was very nice, the feng shui was a vibe and just an authentic atmosphere.

Brent our server was fabulous. He was friendly and prompt. He got our food and drink orders out so quickly. The kitchen took less than 10 minutes to fire our appetizers. Wontons and Octopus Furikake balls .

So I had ordered a vegetarian dish but it clearly had meat in it, and tbh it was a little unnerving because when I received a new one from the kitchen it seemed to be the same but without meat this time. The server was really apologetic and tried his best to fix it but not sure if I want risk eating here again. My friend said their food was okay not bad but just fine

Came on a Tuesday evening, seating was about half full. As a family coming from the Bay Area, we were pleasantly surprised and happy to see the wide range of variety of food they have! They have pho, banh mi, ramen, poke, bibimbap, galbi, rice bowls, and the best of all: boba. The portions are pretty decent for the prices, and the milk tea was actually really good. The waiter and servers all had great attitudes as well and checked on us constantly. Next time we come back to Reno, we would definitely visit again.

If you order to go you need to double check your order before leaving. We order poke bowls frequently and it seems like something is missed the majority of times. Delicious though!

When you’re in the mood for something light and refreshing, their Summer Rolls are a perfect choice. Tender flame-broiled pork and crisp vegetables are wrapped in rice paper. They’re perfect for a quick snack or appetizer. For something a little heartier, try their Vietnamese Pho. This rich and clear beef broth is cooked for hours to deepen its flavor. It is then topped with rice noodles, green onion, cilantro, thinly sliced Rare steak & Brisket, and extra fresh herbs on the side. It’s the perfect meal for a cold day.

Really wanted to like it here after trying all the other Ijji restaurants but unfortunately fell really short of expectations. I ordered the ijji fried rice and it had no flavor, just really bland and not close at all to any other “hibachi style” meals I’ve tried. My wife got the black garlic tonkotsu and it was not bad, but the broth was pure white and had way too much cream. Servers were very nice but would have been a lot better if they checked on us even once after dropping our food off, but it didn’t happen. Hopefully we can give this location another chance, maybe
