Food poisoning. There are many reviews about the slow service and long waits to be seated despite mostly empty tables. That was our experience too but we did not mind it especially considering the waitress was clearly overworked and frazzled due to shortage of staff. My biggest issue was the food poisoning I suffered after eating here. This place is not clean. I could tell by the flies and spiders there. We still ordered and ate as we had spent quite some time waiting and kids were hungry. Most of the food was okay, one or two things were not good. The waitress gave us a side of fruits that we did not order. I feel the fruits had gone bad as some looked stale. I was stupid to still eat a few fruits that looked okay. I think it was this that caused food poisoning as no one else in my family ate the fruits and they did not get food poisoning. Or it was the coffee water as no one else had coffee either. I felt sick as soon as I reached home and after a couple hours has severe vomiting and diarrhea lasting all day. This place should get a food inspection. I am glad my kids did not eat the fruits as the food poisoning was really severe and they would have landed in hospital with it.

I’ve never been to this location. Don’t think I will go back. Waited 15 minutes and asked about how long it was taking to get service from the guy who sat up. Oh yeah, be right there. Never showed up. Someone else finally brought us coffee after asking someone else about service. Now, 20 minutes into wait. Nobody is helping anyone. 1 wrapping silverware . 1 sitting and cleaning up a table. And no management in sight. Our server is literally the only one that seemed to be moving. She apologized for taking so long. She was very upset about no help. She works 2 locations, so she seems to know what’s up. I guess doing closing stuff at noon was more important than helping out with customers.

Walk in for lunch, 2 people are sitting waiting to be seated, they looked at me like ” Good Luck” I could tell they have been sitting there for awhile waiting to be seated too. Been here 4 times total. ONE time was a good visit, other 3 were not good. Staff huddled up by the kitchen yakking about personal stuff, they NEVER vacuum the floor, pieces of food and crumbs all over the place. The staff here acts like your really putting them out when you want to be served. Food was ok. I’m sure they are having the same issues every other business has right now, Almost NOBODY wants to earn an honest living, this occurs everywhere these days. Lazy entitled employees. Restrooms filthy, makes me wonder about kitchen cleanliness and if they observe food safety procedures. Could be a good place, I wanted to like it BUT because of these issues, I won’t be going here.

It’s been awhile since we’ve visited this location. Not pleased at all. We came in before 10am. They told us “20 minutes” waiting time. But, lots of tables are empty and not even half of the dining area are filled up.

They told us about 20-25 min wait but we where waiting for 45 min. Definitely not acceptable they should just said the truth about the wait time. Also they had so many people waiting and leaving and a lot of tables available for all those people.

Eating at this location is always rough. I always want to support my neighborhood IHOP but I can tell management here was never established properly since day 1. We keep trying to like this locatin, but each visit further vets how terrible it is compared to the other nearby locations. Service is always painfully slow and half the staff often don’t really care for what they do. Food usually comes 45-60min after you’ve ordered. And that’s if you can flag someone down to take your order after waiting over 30min for someone to notice you.

There was no manager present. My food which was steak tips & broccoli was nasty and the waitress said I still had to pay for it and there was no way she could void it because her manager wasn’t present.she then said she could let me order something the same price to substitute what i got. So I was made happy In that way. She wasn’t disrespectful just couldn’t do anything cause her manager wasn’t present
