Top notch breakfast. Fantastic server. Too bad they are having trouble keeping good employees. Because of the lack of workers they are only open from 7 to 3pm. Used to be 24 hours. Great senior breakfast with a lot of food! So much better than the Original pancake house

First experience here and last. Ordered online for curbside pick up because my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Younger girl brought out my food and informed me they don’t do curbside pick up and she just figured she should bring it out since it was still sitting there. She informed me that they have a hard time finding which car it goes to so they don’t do it. Mind you I’m in 1 of 2 curbside pickup parking spots and not one other person is in the parking area. I checked the food to see what was in each bag and that’s when I realized all 3 sandwiches were extremely burnt. I walked in to speak to someone and no one was around. 1 couple was sitting at a table waiting but that was it. I went home and called to speak to a manager. Lady on the phone says she’s a supervisor and could possibly help me. I explained the situation and asked for a refund of the sandwiches. She stated she could have them remade or give me credit for next time. I said no thanks and unfortunately there won’t be a next time. She then took my first name and phone number for the manager to call tomorrow morning because she can’t access the computer so she doesn’t know if a refund is possible.

I don’t understand how this place is still in business, I stayed once because my kid really wanted to eat there and have walked out the last 3 times. 3rd time is a charm, the hostess was clearly having a mental health crisis or high, walking in circles and and in & out of the kitchen multiple times, mumbling something about the cooks? Empty seats all over the place and people waiting to be seated, myself and 3 other parties all walked out.

Omg, avoid at all costs. Run down dirty and very unfriendly staff. Waited 20 minutes during our visit. Decided to leave and go elsewhere as they called our name for our table. Can’t rate their food since we didn’t stick around, but service and atmosphere drove me away before even trying.

This place deserves negative numbers. Waited forever for food that was supposed to been ready by 1:30. And then I just so happened to check it as I was heading to my car to discover it was missing a pancake, silverware, and no syrup. Went back in and ask for those, in the two servers we’re back in the prep area calling me a liar. I asked for a manager and she was too busy to come out and address the issue. Got a comp card for next meal. Like I would really sit there and let the rest of the food get cold for a pancake. Just don’t get how this place is still in business.

There wasn’t any other tables occupied at the lunch hour, which surprised us. But we thought it might be understandable, since it’s mostly a breakfast place. However, the quality of our food was very substandard, so then we understood why no one was there. Tiny bacon, tiny dry chicken strips, cold syrup, overdone waffles. So disappointed since we can’t afford to eat out often. On the plus side, our waiter was nice but he seemed very distracted for us being the only ones in there.

This review is for the absentee owners, not management. This is under staffed to the point that it’s not feasible to even keep this location open. And customers who are waiting to be seated do not have the common sense to clearly see its under staffed, they would rather complain. There is nothing management can do about being under staffed, they can’t magically make help appear. My Daughter works here and I came down early for Father’s day per her request, it was hard to watch as she tries to manage a crew and wait on customers, she never stopped running, but that isn’t good enough for the people that don’t acknowledge or see the lack of help, my Daughter will never punt, or walk off the job, to have only 3 servers counting my Daughter who is management, is beyond ridiculous. Do people realize that it’s not just the many customers waiting for food, but UBER is coming in for food, this doubles or triples the customers, but yet I see inpatient and rude people, I get not liking the long wait, but what would you suggest to fix this without having the help, to do nothing is a fail. What is a hard working single mom suppose to do in this situation, she can’t produce more help, period.

Got to the IHOP had to seat ourselves. Waiter finally came out after 5 mins. Which is fine, gave us our menu’s wait again for 20 mins to order. Waited hour to get our food. And food was fine nothing special. And there was only 10 customers
