Our server, Lupe, needs a raise!! She was amazing – seemed to be running the place by herself. I was there on a typically busy Tuesday morning for breakfast and she was quick to seat us, take our order and keep on top of the cook to be sure we got our order fairly quick. She even took my payment at the table! Probably cleaned up after we left too! I ordered the strawberry banana French toast combo and it was delicious! My soda was a bit flat and Lupe had no problem quickly switching it out with a fresh OJ. This IHOP is close to home and has been a fave for years but the service has never been the superb! I hope to see Lupe there again!

I understand that breakfast can be crowded so it didn’t bother me that our waitress took over 15min to great us and take the order which she got wrong, never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything, there were NO SYRUP at all. Food wasn’t that pleasant but who should say something about it. Just the worst service ever.

I was actually impressed eating here. The only reason we came is because we were waiting for an oil change to be done and was hungry and I was wanting eggs benedict and they have gluten free pancakes/waffles. The staff was super friendly and the place was clean. Food was hot when arrived at my table. I would really consider coming back to eat every now and then.

Went on Saturday for take-out and it wasn’t terribly busy, that being said, it sucks that they left the one thing I was looking forward to most out of my order.

I haven’t been to IHOP in a long time however I was pleasantly surprised with my recent experience. I had the poblano omelette (without meat) and a stack of their new protein pancakes with berries. The taste palette for all of it was great. I enjoyed the layers of flavor on the omelette which was also cooked very well, not overdone as can sometimes happen. The pancakes were delightfully dense. I don’t like traditional pancakes, so these are a better option for me. Definitely recommend it!
