The moment we walked in and got seated, we felt uncomfortable by our waiter. Alex he was totally fine ignoring us. We ordered our drinks. We ordered he missed some of the items we have ordered and then it proceeds to tell me it’s going to be more and I told him that was fine that I still wanted the items when we got done eating I asked for the check, judge me up and down served at my card, then proceeded to enter it in the tablet, then judges me because I didn’t leave a tip. He raise his voice and said to me no tip even though I pressed I wanted a receipt he ignored me and walked away because I didn’t leave a tip when I asked again for my receipt and he just pretended like he didn’t hear me and said that the tablet was already closed I feel like this place is overpriced because apparently as you can see by the picture that wasn’t $53 meal right there I will never be returning to this place

Hands down this is the best IHOP I’ve ever experienced. Conveniently located in an outdoor retail space there are indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Service was on point. And the chef serves up fresh dishes with good flavor. You might even forget that you are eating at one of America’s oldest franchise diners. Hats off to all the employees who make this location a stand out!

I was at this location several weeks back with my brother-in-law and upon arrival we were informed that there was no chef on duty to cook. The host Alex was able to make a quick breakfast for myself and my brother-in-law and the meal was delicious and the service was really friendly. I appreciate the host Alex going above and beyond with cooking and serving the food.

The vibe just wasn’t there. My waiter didn’t make me feel at ease. Food was completely plain for a $13.99 plate. I always get the same dish at every IHOP and I must say these were the thickest plainest crepes.

I don’t normally give reviews, but this one deserves it. If I can give this branch a ZERO star, I would. First off, the food. My husband ordered T-bone steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli for sides, however the server (Alejandro) said we ONLY asked for broccoli! The portions were so small, like a kids meal size. Seriously??? Second, my plate was literally taken away from me when I was still eating! He didn’t even asked if I was done with my food.. NOTHING!!! Third, he never asked if we needed a refill of water!! Never came back once our food was served. Ugh, he only wants tip of course, but you won’t get that if you don’t have good customer service skills!! VERY POOR!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS BRANCH!!!!!

Horrible service, waiters very slow. I saw waiters because for some reason we had 2. My hash browns and sausage were cold, hardly any butter on toast. Pancakes were ice cold. They replaced with a hot set of pancakes. Received the bill and noticed they didn’t give us the IHOP happy hour prices, so I had to tell waiter twice about what he missed on our receipt pricing and he told us, I wish you would have told me before. Why am I responsible to know what there prices are? I pointed to the sign when I ordered. Took 30 min to get our food. As of now not going back. Maybe try later this year.

So my husband and I have been going there since it opened and for the most part it has been pleasant. We have had an earlier issue with a young server guy not taking ng order correctly. So today we had an older gentleman taking our order it was horrible service. He got our order wrong after we waited for a lil over 30 min. He never checked up on us we had to catch him as he would pass by just to get basic service. We originally ordered coffee with French vanilla and he brought us 3 Lil French vanilla creamers when we asked for more he went to take another tabkes order. The manager brought us a full little cup for 2 coffees. When i asked for more coffee he said yeah but we don’t have anymore French vanilla creamer . So my husband and i shared the the last cup of coffee with creamer. When it was time to pay he didn’t remove tje tablet from. His neck watching how much i would tip him. I honestly wasn’t going to tip him but he made it very awkward for him to continue to stare at me while I was signing the check while we were walking out of the restaurant we noticed the container right by the door completely full and overflowing of French vanilla creamers so whatever issue he was having this morning he took it out on us it was a horrible service going back to Polly’s

Today 7-6-2023 10 am waitress was the worst! Service sucked. It took 30min for 2 buttermilk pancakes. In the end, we could have walked out without paying the front register was unattended we waited for 20mi just to pay. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

My visit on Saturday 7/15 was bad. The server questioned what I ordered, brought me the wrong meal, that I did not order, and flipped saying the gift card/reward points used covered the bill but then said I owed 27¢. I never received a written bill and was not able to get my reward points for this visit.
