I usually call my breakfast burrito over the phone, but for some reason, I got transferred to a call center. I made some modifications to my item only to be told they couldn’t and transferred me to the store. I dont blame the store, but I dont appreciate the waste of time. Food was good, but the morning is slow so know one at the front and I waited politely for a few minutes until I got up and walked around to see if I could find someone only to discover them talking in the kitchen and no one watching the front door. Trust me, I get it I worked in the food industry for 15 years. Please just be a little more mindful that your front door is out if sight if you are not right in front.
