3 of us came in here because my boyfriend said they came a couple nights ago and how great it was. Tonight it was AWFUL. Their steaks were well done even though they ordered medium and their mashed potatoes came out cold. A girl helped us and wasn’t even our waitress, apologized, and took it back. It was obvious they just put the whole plate in the microwave so it cooked their steak even more. My boyfriend got strawberry lemonade and when he asked for a refill and was told they double charge for it, he had to show our waitress where it said free refills on the menu. I ordered a split decision breakfast and wanted all French toast instead of pancakes and the waitress was asking me if I was sure that’s what I wanted??? Then when my food came out, the bacon was disgusting and hashbrowns cold too. We asked for A1 steak sauce and were given great value brand. This place is a joke. The one girl that helped us was a blonde and she was the only good thing about this place. When our waitress came over to help us at the end and asked if everything was good, we made her aware of everything and her only response was “so are you ready for your check?” We will not be back.

If I could give this place a negative stars I would. We got seated pretty quickly. Placed our order waited an hour for our food then instead our food coming out all at once she would bring one plate out every 10 minutes. By the time our whole table got our order the first 2 plates was cold. We never where asked to refill our drinks. Out waiters was the manager on duty. Very sad to see a ihop go down hill. The older lady was a delight had amazing conversations.

It was the only place open on a Sunday night. After traveling for a while we were tired and starving. Gluten free options were available. The staff was super nice. We waited a bit to get our food but only because they were looking for ingredients. It seems the town has a hard time keeping stock for the restaurant because of other cities around them and the high amount of traffic.

No one wants to eat alone and that is what they expected us to do when they brought out each plate 5-10 minutes apart, I was a waitress for a good year and a half and would have never treated people the way the so called manager did. She calls her self the “boss” but when have you heard a boss wearing pj’s to work. IHOP is my favorite breakfast place and today was a big disappointment. The older lady I believe her name was Mary was such a kind and welcoming lady but the waitress that day was not. Im sorry to say but I will never be going back and she needs to understand that all of these bad reviews are because of how she treats people and how she manages her time while working. Talking bad about my family with the cook isn’t a good start, we got what it looked like a pinch of fries and when we asked for more because we aren’t gonna pay 12-15 dollars a plate to not have the amount of fries that your promised. It was a Saturday evening and there was maybe three or four other tables. That speaks on its own, I hope that the owners and see how this waitress treats people that she doesn’t know, and either get her some more training or sit down with her and have a talking. But I hope the older lady knows she was amazing and we appreciate you making us laugh thank you Mary!!!! (I hope that’s your name)

They are out of Chicken Strips, Turkey, Buffalo Chicken. We did get sat down real quick and our waitress was very nice and it’s not her fault a lot of stuff is unavailable. Just disappointed a lot of stuff is out. Smelled like natural gas from a stove as we walked in. Trouble codes also on the fire alarm. But 5 stars for our waitress! Came back to tell us burgers are out now!

Took 35 minutes to be seated (it was empty) we were finally seated, took an additional 20 mins and 5 reminders to get a menu, everything I asked for was not being made/ served. Mind you i asked for 4 separate items, andd all i kept hearing was “we’re out’ “we’re not making that today” we finally put our orders in and it took 57 minutes (I timed it) to serve the food which were just the eggs, hasbrown and bacon. They were still making the toast the coffee was ok. But aside from that it was a REALLY bad experience. Don’t come here if you’re hungry unless you don’t mind waiting 2 hours for eggs, and hasbrowns alone.

Was given side pancakes instead of large protein pancakes ordered, addressed the issue then was brought half the correct portion of the correct pancakes after we were done eating. Still charged for them.

I am not the person to post reviews but o man. We waited 10 minutes to be seated that was not bad.The waitress took our drink order which was one Dr.pepper and two Oreo milk shakes & she tells me o man ya’ll are killing me (wow).Then to place our order it took 20 minutes which that was understandable because their was more customers not alot but some.Then it took 30 minuted to receive our food & the chicken was almost burnt.

Only people in the whole restaurant and the server got the order wrong, never asked us how our meal was and gave us attitude when I asked where the rest of our food was. Has to stare her down to get her attention but she was too busy wrapping silverware for an empty restaurant than to pay attention to her to her customers. Never asked us if we needed refills just handed us the bill and walked away. Never had such horrible service anywhere in my life.

Terrible Terrible place to eat I’ve been to many Ihops but oh man! apparently the cook is the manager she left in the middle of her shift to pick up her kid from school, the bathrooms were disgusting, there was flies everywhere, the food was rushed (I’m assuming because she had to leave) the eggs were not cooked liked we asked , we were missing sides from our meals and we were not able to get them because the cook/ manger had left to pick up her kid , one of the meals was missing bacon the other meal was missing both sides and the bacon burger was missing the bacon also when told our very nice server he went out of his way and was trying to make the sides him self but when I asked him how much longer on the sides that’s when we were notified that the cook/manger had left but would be right back. We never got our sides because by the time she came back we were done and at that point I was frustrated the restaurant itself was very dirty. Here are some pics of flies in the windows right on the booth we were sitting and they would just fly around us there’s aso pics of how nasty the bathrooms were blood stains un flushed and dirty sinks
