I waited an hour from check-in to food arrival. But it was Easter so not bad. The service was great. The manager in front kept moving the line at a decent pace. The server was great as well. Food was good.

The resturant was horribly understaffed and the staff was flustered. I expected longer wait time being a holiday but my table had soaking wet sugar packets it took 20 minutes to get coffee and it came with no spoons, the check took even longer to get and the bathroom was worse than any gas station I’ve used….stinky! The food was served hot and it was the usual quality for the price. Lots of new menu item too like gourmet eggs benedict.

The service is not bad, they just have to check the coffee cups that are not They have been used before you why did I get a cup like that but the waitress He said it was clean, which I think it wasn’t, so I traded the cup for a real one clean .

In the mornings we are super busy we got here around noonish, They just needed to clean the tables I saw the girl doing it and she picked up the dishes but didn’t finish cleaning them. Took a few minutes and she cleaned them.

Poor service, took well over 30 minutes to get food with restaurant less then half full. Lousy food (we ordered omelet with white background and what we got was not that, hash brown serving was small and they were mushy). Way over priced

1) The Service & Presentation of our food was horrible. Too much fooling around with no professionalism. The original waitress refused to service us (don’t want to speculate her reason, but, at that moment – we were the only people of color present. I will leave it there). My sandwich was nothing like what it was supposed to be. There was hair in my plate. The salad was just thrown together. My wife’s eggs was not satisfactory & her pancakes was cold.

No one could tell use who was our waiter 8 min waiting the people who showed up 5 min after us got attention before us we left and hostess could care less like I’m sorry she could have said let me get the manager to find out who was not doing their job

Have been to this location numerous times. I understand that companies are understaffed and over worked, however I don’t feel that justifies poor service. We sat for 11 minutes and was still not even acknowledged by a server. It wasn’t until I asked for a manager that we were approached by a server who said she would be with us shortly. The manager came to our table and we explained what had happened. He told us that was not acceptable and he would take care of us. The server showed up and took our order. Neither the server nor the manager did not even once check on us to see if we needed drink refills or anything else. The only time we saw our server again was when she dropped off our check. We paid with cash. The bill came to 12 dollars and change. The server brought back 6 dollars and no change back . Wow. Probably won’t be going back to this IHOP anytime soon.

We waited 30 mins to order and other 45 minutes to receive our food. My husbands chicken and my steak bits were sadly overcooked. When I ordered my son Mac and cheese, the plate was super hot, but the food was cold.

Ordered super mega dilla from Uber eats. Come to find out, it comes from IHOP. Ordered a fajita chicken and a bacon ranch with bacon ranch fries. This is what we got. Pathetic. Got a tortilla with vegetables… and a chicken tender sliced up with avocados. Super sweet, you guys get away with this trash.
