We had breakfast at the IHOP, in Colorado Spring, Colorado. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, with several large groups(6+) already sitting down. The waitress was friendly and very tentative to serving our group of 7.

Our food was cold the waitress never asked if our food was ok could tell it wasn’t by what we ate and our faces. Didnt offer any refills. Worst Ihop experience we’ve ever had. Spent $30 + for two people and one of us had all you can eat pancakes. Don’t carry my 6 piece strawberry banana French toast anymore either another disappointment.

I went to IHOP with my mom and daughter. Megan, our server, was awesome! She was polite, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the food was not great. My mashed potatoes were sour, my mom’s t-bone was flavorless, and the lettuce on my daughter’s burger was black and wilted. The atmosphere was nice and clean, but it smelled really strong of fish.

The restaurant was clean and we were greeted immediately. I was impressed as the manager and server were on the ball. This was our first time at this location off Voyager and I will continue my business here as it was pleasant. The food was hot and actually better than I have ever had in the other IHOP locations I have visited. I read a review in the Nextdoor app that stated this exact thing. Love this new neighborhood spot!

We haven’t been to I Hope in decades so thought we would try this new one in Interquest area on 4th of July after our gym workout. What a disappointment. First off, it was freezing in the restaurant. 10am so it wasn’t that warm outside. Our server was nice enough but never asked if we wanted a refill of water or tea. We ordered a Colorado omelette with a side of pancakes. Both got cold quickly due to the cold AC. Both eggs and pancakes were overcooked and dry. $20 for one breakfast order that we shared and it was so dry and cold. We were in the restaurant about 45 minutes. Tables and booths around us were never cleaned with trash and food on the floor. Not appealing to look at. As I mentioned, we haven’t been to an I Hop in decades. Now we will probably never return.

I went for dinner yesterday and the staff was amazing. The food didn’t take long and was actually hot. Our waitress was on top of our drinks and if we needed anything else. There was a lady I think her name was Tere she came around to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything else . The restrooms were super clean and also the restaurant. Staff are super friendly.
