Hmmm, dis a tricky one. The food, for the most part was ok. Service was nice and all…but somethin missin! Non peak hours means quick seating but food a lil slow coming out still. Not to mention someone asleep in the corner booth was a bit off putting!!!

I usually go to a different IHOP but I decided to try this place since it’s near my house but never again! The server was unprofessional. I ordered the Steak tips, eggs, hash browns and French toast with strawberries… she didn’t ask me any questions… I asked her for plasticware since the silverware was dirty which I didn’t point to her because I didn’t want to give her a hard time since I could sense her she was having a bad day… she brought it out threw it on the table and walked off, I didn’t say anything but when She brought out my food everything else was good, but the French toast, she had added strawberry purée all over the French toast which I dislike. So I asked kindly to change my French toast and add fresh strawberries instead. She stood there with a straight face and mean stare me for a moment then responded “you didn’t say that, if you did I would’ve brought you the right strawberries”

We go to IHOP for the nostalgia. The prices have gone up way too much and the portions for their pancakes are incredibly small. However, if you know all of that ahead of time, you’ll find this particular IHOP is great. We went for a family breakfast and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had 3 different waiters check on us (not because they were busy, but just because they wanted to make sure we had extra water, refills for our son, hot sauce, ketchup, etc). These are people who care about the customer and I will always give 5 stars to a restaurant that promotes such fantastic customer service.

Can hear the cooks messing around the entire which wouldn’t bother me but they could not get a single item of my order correct. Missing hash browns from several of our plates. Overcooked eggs. Missing bacon on several plates. Place was like it was run by middle schoolers.

Looks like IHOP is trying to step up their game with the new menu items. Saw commercial for the pancake tacos and decided to go try. Not bad at all! Want to try the other flavors. There are 4 different versions of the pancake taco. You get 3 per meal. I also tried the bourbon bacon eggs Benedict, and that was really good as well! IHOP definitely has peeked my interest into going back again. It’s a bummer I didn’t see the Swedish pancakes still on their menu, but no big deal. I’d definitely tell peeps to go try them!

Not much to say about it. It’s a standard IHOP. They were quite busy the morning we had went due to some staff being out for graduations. Kimmie had the chicken fried steak and eggs and I had the Colorado omelet. Both were good. Our pancakes could’ve been better. They seemed a bit dry and not as fluffy. Kimmie tried the cold brew coffee and couldn’t finish it because it was so bad.
