The service was great. The food was good. I got the bourbon bacon jam burger. It wqs good but you could not tast the jam and my bottom bun got a little soggy. The onion rings was awesome. I would rate that burger alone a 7 out of 10. It looks like the changed the menu changed, all the food looks delicious and they added some new items. I would also say the need a little bigger coffee cups. Why dont ihop give you the coffee container so you can fill your own coffee anymore? The restaurant was clean, our waitress was nice, she took our order and cooked it and served it to us. She was awesome! Well be back!

Clean restaurant, great server, but seemed rushed for the amount of people they were helping. The quick 2 egg breakfast was not as good as in the past, and weak coffee. Late night menu has changed, and is very small . Clean restrooms. High marks for restaurant cleanliness and bathrooms, but food was overpriced for quality received.

Came here for Father’s day with my family we were a party of 7 total with my infant included. Junior was the hostess taking names for the tables. The wait was long which was usual for a Sunday around 1030am. He was very on top of the list and making sure people were getting seated also helping bust some tables. He was cleaning them off also sweeping under them. He didn’t get mad at all with rude customers getting impatient, remaining calm. We finally got seated and had Shay as our server. She was friendly and personable. She made sure to get our order correct and got us refills. Overall the service was great the wait was the only thing I didn’t like but nobody’s fault. Great staff

says open 24 hours on here but when I arrived and parked I was greeted with stares from the employees from inside and I watched a server place a sign that read “we are close” on the front door. meanwhile the store is full and I watched other customers be turned away.

The food was great and our server was very attentive! I think her name was Taylor. The tip she received from my girlfriend and i was earned! She definitely earned her paycheck! It didn’t dawn on me to take a photo of her or my food so I have no photos to share.

Horrible customer service and manager is not any better. I went around 7pm yesterday evening. If you don’t want to know how the quality of the food is don’t ask. I was truthful and they were very rude about it. I let my server know I wasn’t complaining I just thought she should know since she asked. Wow sorry for being truthful, but not sorry. It’s what I’m paying for. Mgr and server was very rude about it. Hopefully the other shifts are better. I really like Ihop it’s a shame one experience might ruin it.

My husband and I came in to have breakfast and I asked if I could use their restroom first. I wanted to wash my hands before I ate, the manager was at the front and before the hostess could answer, he told me no, that the restrooms were only for customers. When I told him that I was going to eat breakfast there, he told me that I could use the restroom after I ate. I asked him why he was acting like that and he said that it was because I had a small backpack with me and so he assumed we were homeless. So I asked him why it would matter that we are homeless? My husband and I know how to behave in public, we are clean and respectful. We never ask other guests for anything, we are always respectful to everyone and we never eat at that type of restaurant unless we have enough money to cover the bill plus the tip. We also never sit out front or hang out there. He simply said he didn’t like homeless people and that they were all trash. I will never go in that IHOP again. What makes me even more angry about the situation was that I had worked at that same restaurant a few years before and only left the job because I moved to Waco. My husband and I are both disabled now and that is the only reason we are homeless right now. I don’t understand why he would have treated us like that.

Very disappointed ☹️. We understand there are not much people to work these days but being ignored while you are there and have to wait an hour for food and still foods not fresh, this is not acceptable. You could say food was ready for a while but the server forgot about us and brought back same food after heating a plate.

Be careful, wait staff will overcharg your card for tips. Went back to location store manager was not helpful never called me back. Was charged an extra $21 . Store manager was not helpful kept defending the male waitress. Told me to chargeback, in this day and age with bank customer service you are waiting for 30 minutes or more to speak to customer service
