We came in to eat at 11:00pm and we were seated and put on a waitlist. Then they let people go ahead of us then let us go and forgot about us for about 10 minutes after letting people go ahead of us! When we ordered our drinks our waiter forgot them and had to come back. Then the people who got seated after us got their food and left before we even got our drinks. We order our food and our waiter forgets again, comes back and has us show him on the menu then still gets it wrong! We had 5 orders and 2/5 were wrong. Normally wouldn’t leave bad reviews and paid a decent amount to not get the correct thing/be ignored when they aren’t that busy. The building is also pretty dirty. Very disappointed and definitely wouldn’t recommend at this time. Also the servers were very nice but should actually train your employees before just throwing them out there.

Just had a terrific server and a fantastic dinner here at IHOP in Branson, MO. Our server was Eneicea and she was so friendly and helpful with making sure my son’s pancakes were gluten friendly. Which was very helpful because we had a difficult time finding GF food for dinner tonight.

On 8-17 at 10:30pm my sister & I stopped in for food. Wait time was long but we understood because the restaurant was extremely short staffed. We were seated around 11:30. Ordered our food & had coffee. Our waitress was amazing. She was fast & friendly…very personable. Smiling & quickly chatting the whole time while serving us & other tables around us. She stopped by our table continously making sure everything was OK. She quickly refilled our coffee carafe as well. Unfortunately I can not remember her name & I do not have the receipt if her name was on it. I would love to have put a name to this waitress! She definitely went above & beyond serving us!

Was seated right away but our waitress Angela was rude after being asked to clean the table because it was still dirty (another table was also), and acted like it was a problem when asked for plastic ware because the silverware was dirty. They forgot about my ham and sausage. Then our order ticket was completely wrong because the previous customers had a problem also. Overall horrible experience. This being my first time in Branson it was disappointing

Issues with the unlimited pancake promotion BEWARE POTENTIAL OVER-BILLING…. Food was good and server was overall kind and attentive less what follows. Currently, IHOP has a promotion for unlimited pancakes for $5. With that, several combo meals present on the normal menu are listed with unlimited pancakes for the same price as the normal menu. When we ask for a couple extra pancakes to go with one of these meals, the waitress ask if a short stack would be fine, which we agreed to. Everything was fine until the bill came and we were billed almost $9 for the pancake stack. I ask for the unlimited pancake menu to point out the error, to which the waitress claimed ‘you have to ask for that and it is an extra $5’. It isn’t though, if you look at the menu. Additionally, why charge a customer $9 for a short stack of pancakes if unlimited pancakes by themselves are $5?

Food was pretty good, but our waitress was fantastic! Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. Customers kept her pretty busy, she even had a large group. Kept a smile on her face the entire time, and was very friendly and polite. Aug 29th 8 pm.

We were seated promptly and the waitress that took our order didn’t write anything down, wasn’t even her table we had a young man bring our food. We were a party of four and they brought food for three of us and just looked at my daughter. Waited as a few people walked by and they seated other customers and looked again at my daughter. I finally asked where her food was and they hadn’t even put in her order. When they asked what she had ordered and finally got it done we had to get it to go. Food was okay to say the least.

Avoid this place at all costs!! The server was great even though she was new but the food was mediocre at best… The hash browns were stale and tasted like they were warmed in the microwave. The sweet tea was terrible and tasted like colored water. But the worst thing about this place was that it was absolutely NASTY. The floor had food, leaves and even dead bugs all over. The menus were so disgusting, you didn’t even want to touch them to turn the pages. Food in between pages, something wet all over them and so sticky, some of the pages wouldn’t even separate. The women’s bathroom was not that great either and 2 out of 3 stalls had no toilet paper in them. The servers were more concerned about “being cut” to go home than cleaning the filthy restaurant. We don’t come to Branson often but I know that I’ll never go back there when I do.

Our waiter, Darrel, was awesome! Great food also! Good menu for our family of 6! The 2 grandsons loved the food! I only wish there had been a senior menu.
