We had a wonderful server last night. Her name was Valerie. Took time to show us the specials, which were great, and was very pleasant to talk to. She even knew to turn the A/C off when she saw us return to the car to get our coats as it was pretty chilly in the restaurant. Great meal

Food is good not great breakfast foods much better than lunch or dinner items. Service was good and atmosphere was pleasent early day not many customers yet. I rate overall for restaurants leaning mostly on the food the reason being thier.

I normally don’t go to IHOP. (The coffee sucks) but today, I decided to give it another chance because I wanted to treat my toddler to some fun pancakes. When I walked in, the restaurant was very slow, but I still waited a while to be seated as I held my anxious toddler. We get our food, and before I was even done, the server brought my check. I paid it, then I had to take my child to the bathroom. I stopped and told my server that we were not done and I was just going to the bathroom. She said okay. In the bathroom the foor was soaking wet, the toilet was wet, and when i went to wash my hands, there was no soap or paper towels. When I walked out of the bathroom, another server was throwing away my kids plate she took maybe three bites from. I didn’t have time to try to get her more, but at least now I remember why I can’t stand IHOP.

It was ok. The poblano and steak burrito was amazing, but the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes had 3 pancakes with a swirl of ricotta on top that wasn’t enough for the pancakes. Service was awesome. Really nice waitress.

I had to use the restroom before our meal, and unfortunately the strong sewer smell left a bad first impression. The bathroom was also dirty, I can’t believe there isn’t more complaints. However, the food was hot and delicious and out in under 15 minutes. Beatriz my server has a great personality and does her job well. I hope the bathroom issue is addressed before my next visit

I can not recommend this Ihop at all. Every step of the experience there was a wait. Wait to be seated, wait for the server to acknowledge us, wait for our food it just seemed to take a lot longer than it should have. The Grinch cocoa was very pretty but was barely warm and the iced tea was rancid. Our chicken noodle soup was not hot by any stretch of the imagination. The cheesecake french toast was nothing like it showed on the menu it was just french toast with a some cream cheese and raspberries on it. The turkey dinner came out and the turkey looked like it had been processed beyond recognition, i had to ask for gravy for the mashed potatoes (the server said the meal didn’t come with gravy) and for the lingonberries that was supposed to come with it.
