I make sure to visit IHOP in every state I visit. Menu changes by state and area sometimes, but the taste and quality of the service never changes. I got to try the Poblano pepper egg Benedict for the first time, and it was delicious. I prefer not to eat spicy at breakfast ing. It was pretty spicy, but I still have no complaints. Our server, Jonathan, was great. We went to the same location the next morning but there was a wait so we skipped.

Ummm… my daughter loves this IHOP and especially a waitress there named Ashley, so I hate to do this but…I have to always be honest in my reviews, ok? The worst part about the visit was walking out and seeing mouse traps in the reception/waiting area, not the lobby, literally in the area where u wait to be seated! Nothing grosses someone out more than seeing mouse traps immediately after their meal! I know that nobody would have mouse traps unless they had seen evidence of an infestation, which there were mouse droppings under the seats where the traps were located. The next issue is, unfortunately not their fault but off-putting nonetheless, due to the low budget extended stay motel adjacent to the restaurant there are quite a bit of transient people loitering in the parking lot and several times I seen people sleeping in the lobby. We usually stop here very early in the mornings after dropping our son off at the airport where he works, so it’s a totally different vibe at those hours (around 4AM)

This was our first trip toan IHOP since the menu overhaul, so it had been a while. This one is surrounded by hotels, so I was concerned it would be packed. It was. I gave my name to the host and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I looked at the crowd waiting and the full restaurant and figured it would be 20. Turned out it was 5, which is a great start! Our server arrived shortly after being sat, and she was friendly and engaging. The menu options were great, and our orders were served in a reasonable amount of time. The food was delicious. Everyone cleared their plate, which is rare for my children. This was a great experience. The restaurant is very nice for a franchise/chain as well. I will definitely return if we’re nearby again.

My Daughter and I came here for a late dinner last night!! The food was delicious ,but my Daughter ordered the Crepe combo and only part of her order came out,she had to wait quite awhile fir her crepes to come out!! I think the whole order should come out at the same time!!!

Service and food was great. Our server Leslie was efficient and very friendly. The manager, Frank, visited each table and treated each like his own personal guests. He is by far the most impressive restaurant manager we have encountered.

I recommend people go elsewhere. We did an order for takeout and got a raw chicken sandwich. They couldn’t process the refund in the restaurant for some reason and instead took our information down so corporate (I’m assuming) can deal with it.

Went in after midnight to pick up some orders. They were slammed packed with a group from a party or something. I waited for over two hours an hour after I placed my order for three shakes, thats it. They were in utter chaos and had zero communication. I feel for them for there being so many people, but there is more. There was a guy in all white (lead chef or manager I assume) with a goatee and glasses, who was literally munching on people’s plates of anything that dropped, for the whole two hours I was there. Multiple others saw and commented about it. Another older server lady was jogging with plates, causing large portions of people’s food to spill on the floor and she would still serve the half meal to customers. People were so fed up they were starting to seat themselves, pay themselves and leave, or just not pay and leave. The place was a pigsty, homeless people sleeping on benches, mouse traps, it was atrocious. Again, I understand and feel for them being so many people at a usual time there’d only be a few, but there were things done witnessed on camera and by others that any health inspector would have a field day with.
