The restaurant was clean and organized. We had a wonderful server. Sadly, the pancakes tasted totally. Everyone in my group agreed. So I don’t know if it’s a franchise company ♀️

We went to this IHOP location on a Thursday morning and it was not busy at all. We are used to having to wait at local Perkins and Dennys in the area. Not busy usually equates to not good, but we were pleasantly surprised by the good service by Francisco and the great food. Prices are generally in the $8 to $13 price range, but portion sizes were good.

The wait for a table was short. I did have to avoid the scrambled eggs and silverware under the table. The blueberry pancakes were very good. The rest was about average. You’re better off finding a non-chain restaurant for quality bacon and eggs. Service was sparse but friendly.

First off let me say the IHOP building and interior is beautiful. But that’s very deceiving when you think you’re going to get good food. This will be the 3rd restaurant in Madison I have reviewed in 4 days that have BLAND food. Im not understanding why this town has such bland food. I had to douse my food in salt and pepper to even taste anything. Got a fruit splasher that had no fruit and was sour. I asked for biscuits and gravy and was told by one of the cooks you don’t have it we’re out. Then another said yes we do a few mins later. So that employee is literally lazy and doesn’t want to cook. The blueberry pancakes were seriously questionable. Bright green blue so after a few bites and seeing that I stopped. If I get sick I know where I got it from. Poor place for a restaurant.

Wasn’t long b4 being seated! As were sitting, we see little tiny bugs and no they weren’t ants as the worker tried to fling us off with that thr ants because of a tree outside the window, nooo don’t lie don’t justify that the tree is making the bugs come in. The restaurant window is sealed all around the window frame so No im not tryna hear it. But we stayed n sat at a different table, i know ur thinking ugg why u stay, but the food was delicious french toast n eggs were The Bomb. Im sorry but we won’t attend here anymore maybe the east Washington location.

We went here on a Sunday morning with a group and the service was excellent! Food was great, the staff was in good humor and sang happy birthday to two ppl in our group. We will be back for sure!

Great food and equally great service. 20 min wait to be seated went by quick. Food came out quickly after ordering and our server was awesome. Food is consistently good at IHOP. Will be back again.

Some of these reviews surprise me in the food expectations being average. It’s an IHOP. For what it is it deserves 5 stars now. About a year ago I would’ve gave this place one star from the service and food buts it’s greatly improved. I believe the quality of my experience all had to do with the server I had today. Fernando G was my server and I watched him take care of over half the restaurant (over 15 tables) and he did not miss a beat. Everything was on time and he always came at the perfect times. Order was perfect and drinks were refilled. I was honestly amazed at his ability to multitask and deliver such great service with such a positive attitude. Fernando G you’re a rock star!

Part of breakfast came out quickly. Toast came out 5 minutes or more later and it was not buttered and cold and fell apart. Never asked what kind of toast I would like. Bacon not done either. Hasnrowns good and coffee good.

Went there with two others for breakfast. All of us being seniors we were trying to watch our spending. I used a coupon for a bogo free meal off the back of the local grocery store receipt. They would only give us 20% off. This is the second time I’ve gone there and the second time they wouldn’t honor the bogo. Why do they have the coupons printed that way if they have no intentions of giving you the free one? Servers were nice. They were training a new person. Food was OK. I won’t be going back.
