We waited 15 minutes to order. Drinks came 15 minutes later. There were 5 waitresses and only 4 tables, 8 people in the restaurant.

Worst experience we’ve had only about 4 tables we’re being served 3 waiters & still took about 15 minutes jus to take drinks orders ONLY BECAUSE MY GF TALKED TO MANAGER then waited 45 more minutes for food which we never seen our waitress again till we got up asked for our check

The service here is very slow and not in any hurry to help you. The food is subpar at best. The atmosphere is very dismal and not very welcoming.

My breakfast was cold. Tasted like it may have been frozen and not thawed completely. My sisters was cool also. Very disappointing. We graciously paid and tipped and left. Watress offered to have it warmed up. We declined.

Food was fine – normal IHOP stuff. The staff/management, though…really rude. They said they wanted to close up early (um…24 hours?), so they gave me the last bit of my order to go…and then another family came in, which they began to serve.

2 out of 3 employees engaged on a laptop while we were there the whole time we were table of 2 and only one other table of 2 at peak time (12:15 pm). Took 35 minutes for turkey melt and original eggs Benedict. Think we know why only 2 cars when we arrived were there. Never going back to this location.

They got the order wrong, I ordered the Steak Philly ( no onion and instead it had avocado, not sure what kind of sandwich it was but it wasn’t a Philly) should of sent it back but just got off a plane and this was the only place we could find that was open, and I just wanted to eat and get to my hotel room.

Call when I was on my lunch break and I talk with the manager I don’t recall his name but he promised me that he will have my food ready when I got there so I can make it to work back on time and I like to say he kept his word I definitely appreciate that
