It’s really disappointing. I didn’t consider reading reviews until after I arrived and was asked to wait 2 minutes, and 2 minutes became a half an hour. No one even acknowledged that I was still waiting. It’s in a very nice area with a ton of potential, but the service wasn’t there by a long shot. I want to assume it was due to short staffing, but we servers were standing in front of me talking to each other. Just moving into the area, there are some great spots to eat, and iHop is definitely one of them for breakfast or late evening pancakes…. Just not this one

My mother and I were the only people here for the 1st 40 minutes. But it was super clean, and the food was great. Everything was perfect at 1st. Then I went to the bathroom it was clean but no toilet tissue and 1 toilet stall that couldn’t completely close or lock. Then upon leaving it took 30 minutes to check out and I was the only person in the front ready to pay. Sub- minor annoyances but I still recommend this spot and THEY ARE HIRING !!

We got there and waited to be seated, while we were there there was a few people in front of us in line waiting to be seated. Nobody showed up at the counter to seat anybody, and the people in front of us said they had been waiting about 20 minutes to be seated and multiple groups of people had walked out from eating. There was 8 tables that I could see that hadn’t been emptied after people were done eating. When I walked out to leave because I wasn’t going to wait, there was 4 workers outside talking. Just from what I saw I was not impressed with anything.

I’ve been here to this particular location before several times. The wait was about 20-25 minutes. We got seated & ordered our food. I had the Colorado omelet with pancakes and extra bacon. My wife had the smokehouse breakfast meal with pancakes, scrambled eggs, smoked sausage & grits. We enjoyed our meal &the service was pretty good I must say. We definitely will be back again….

The wait was long to be seated only one table of people. The waitress took our drink and food order and 2 hours later we got our drinks another hour our food the waitress was to worried about goofing off in the kitchen so the cook actually brought out drinks and food to us. The tables were nasty and not bussed at all. If the employees would have been more worried about customers instead of disappearing would be a much better place to eat. And some of the food and coffee was cold. I do not recommend!

Service was lacking. Took forever for someone to come to our table once we were seated to the point we were about to get up and walk out. Our waitress took our order, bought our drinks to the table, and once the food came out we never saw her till we got the ticket. I would say they were short handed but there were ample servers in the building. Way more than usual. The food came out hot and yummy.

Waited 8 minutes to even get sat down at a table because the employees were huddled around talking. Several looked over before someone came— I’m guessing the manager because her jacket said it. There was one other table in there that was getting their food as we sat down. We sat at our table for 25 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. At least 4 different employees had walked past us when one finally came. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and then the girl said she would be back to take our order. By this point, 3 more tables had walked in, been sat, got the drinks, and ordered their food. We waited another 15 minutes and the no one ever came back to get our order. Put cash on the table for the drinks and left. Absolutely ridiculous!
