Upon arriving at the establishment there were 2 tables occupied, we waited 16 minutes and no one came to receive us, my parents were tired from work and we decided to sit at a table. After 11 minutes, an attendant called Angel came to tell us that we cannot be seated without being called, he made us get up and go to the entrance.

Checking in was chaotic with the social distancing, the crowded wait, and people coming and going. No clear idea who was waiting to be seated, waiting for a to go order, or waiting to check in. The hostess was very busy also clearing tables, but when it came to calling ready tables, she was very hard to understand. We waited out front on the curb because it was so crowded. She eventually poked her head out of the door quietly called an undistinguishable party number and name one time and then went back inside. We verified that no one understood what she said and then immediately went in after her to verify what she said but she was already gone. When she came back to the podium, we asked if she called us and she rudely said “I called you!” Then showed us back to our seats. Minus a ⭐ for her!

We came in with a large group on a Sunday and were seated pretty quickly. Our server, Ashley was wonderful. The food came out relatively quickly for the size of our group and tasted incredible. The staff was seen consistently keeping the dining area clean and sweeping and wiping down surfaces. I would definitely recommend this location.

Got stuck for late night meal with very limited options. Cook made my daughter a phenomenal chicken and waffle dish and my late night eggs, sausage and pancakes were on point. Despite being almost empty, with limited staff the service was great, food was really delicious and server was very friendly who had just started his 10pm shift. Hadn’t eaten at an IHOP for probably 15 years. The cook and server deserve some recognition as they provided us a well needed late night meal. Thank You GENTLEMEN!

Welp what can I say …before I “Hopped” over to IHOP I tried to place my order online for pick..I got a error msg so then I tried to call…to no avail. So I tried another location with the same results…could they be closed??? Yet another victim of covid? I gambled at taking a drive over only find a bustling business…great they are open. So I walked in and was greeted prompty by a very courteous hostess. I told her about the online and phone issue which she wasn’t aware of..but as it turns out management was aware. I then asked if I could receive a discount since I now had to wait for my food but was informed by the manager via the hostess that no discount could be given. (Little did they know I like giving feedback) note to IHOP we live in a digital world..get your stuff together.

We came for breakfast while staying at a close hotel. We were seated quickly, served quickly and the service was very friendly and nice. The restaurant was probably at half capacity and the food came quickly and was how we ordered it. Very well run location.
