This IHOP was very good. Great customer service and food cook the way I like it. The server was patient and very nice and knew the menu very well. She also brought our food out in a timely manner and at the right temperature. Everyone like and enjoys their meal

Placed to go order In restaurant off of their steak burger combo menu – classic steak burger, fries and drink combo is menu priced at $9.00 plus tax. Was charged $13.00 and told that I wasn’t going to get a drink. When I asked about the combo and showed the menu they said they had never seen that before and it wasn’t in the computer. While they were kind, if you have multiple menus that have items to purchase I would expect to get that price and items stated. So overall I’m not agree about bad service or poor attitude but I’m not thrilled about having to pay more than menu price.

Mahoosive portions. I had strawberry and banana pancakes and only managed half. Hubby had French toast and just managed to finish it. Coffee was OK but the orange juice was just concentrate not fresh

Waited 30 minutes for food ,zero service, all the waiters are new and can’t do anything. Ordered a breakfast combo that cost 13 bucks but looks like a kids meal with tiny little sausage and bacon that looked like dried leaves, both coffee and milk is watered down. Portions of the breakfast is dismal. If this wasn’t located near hotels it would’ve been replaced by First Watch or Dennys. Spent more than 1 hour here for nothing .

Early flight the next day, we spent the night at Hampton Inn. IHOP next door, short walk to grab something quick after long drive and tons of traffic from home. Big mistake.

Visited this location in the afternoon. Ordered strawberry crepes combo with eggs, bacon and hashbrown. Crepes were fabulous! Kitchen made my eggs snd bacon wrong but it was fixed very quickly and I got an entire new plate. Staff was friendly. Great meal for 10$ plus tip.

Very underwhelming experience. We had a good experience with a different iHop. Today we came and had sufficient time. However, clearly there was a shortage of staff. Everything took long. Drinks took 10 minutes to arrive. The food took very long. The waiter did apologize. The food tasted good, but did not look up to par with the other iHop. The pancakes from the combo meal were served after the rest of the food was finished. The toilets were so so. Sticky floor and brown stains on the hand dryer. No, we were not impressed overall.
