Came around 7 p.m. and got seated pretty quickly. They weren’t too busy. Our waitress was very attentive, and we got our order in less than 10 minutes. The food was good and hot!

My daughter and I came for breakfast. Our waitress was nice, however the wait for our food was extremely long. There were people leaving due to the wait to be served and for food. The food was good, when we finally received it, however and is likely the only redeeming factor.

We have been here 3 times since this location opened and it hasn’t improved. The servers are great but the restaurant desperately needs better management, bussers, food runners, and a couple of more servers. Wait time on the weekends has been about 30 – 40 minutes while there are plenty of tables available. The food then takes about 30 – 90 minutes to arrive! Again, the servers are great and seem to try to stay positive – but it might be a while for this place to get it together during their breakfast rush. Not to mention how many people were waiting for their Door Dash orders…!!

Waitress was very good, but it took over an hour after seating to get my food. Not sure I’ll go back unless I’m not hungry. Don’t order the crepes, I think they walk to France to get them. Got seated at 11:00, got MY food at 12:25… my son’s food came at 12:05.

Expected it to be busy but we were sat for about 15 minutes before I got someone to greet us while we watched tables all around us be acknowledged. The food took an hour to come out and everything was cold. I understand the restaurant is new and has hiccups to work out but me and my family left very unsatisfied.

Got there about 8 on Sunday morning before it got very busy. Was seated immediately, server took our drink order and brought it to us. Took about an hour for our food to come out. Food was good but not worth the wait. Going back to Cracker Barrel.

I’m actually an employee that hasn’t gotten paid from IHOP and it’s pretty ridiculous, there’s also more than just me that hasn’t gotten paid so maybe that’s why there’s so much poor service. Who would serve customers with there best when they feel like they are working for free? IHOP should definitely be a NO for anyone. And this business has been opened up for over a month now!

The service was slow and took almost 30 minutes to get all of our food. My daughter’s food took 3 tries before her meal was correct. My meal took over 20 minutes. Cook said it was sent to the wrong table first. We may give them another chance since it is a newly opened location.

Don’t waste your time. This place won’t be open long unless they make a lot of changes. Only 5 people eating and it took over 45mins to get food. Then it was cold. Won’t be back….
