I should have checked my order before leaving, but I did not. The grits I ordered were not in the bag. I asked for 2 syrups, but only received one. The food was horrible. The bacon was 50% raw and there was no seasoning on the eggs. The pancakes were thick and gooey. I did call the restaurant and the manager advised me to return to the restaurant. I am a disabled senior. Why should I have to use more gas and time to correct their problem? This was my first and last time visiting IHOP.

We came in there were four tables with people and the rest of the place was empty. My family of 6 went in there to eat breakfast and we stood there and no one said a thing to us or even acknowledged we were there. So after about 10-15 minutes we decided to leave and go someone else. They also have not been open for very long so you think there heath rating would be better…. No it was a 90. Awful experience.

My boyfriend and I came here for the 1st time because I was craving crepes. Our server Tammy was amazing. We honestly felt sorry for her cause she didn’t have any help but accommodating everything we needed. Our crapes came out and it was a very thin pancake no cream filling. We asked the server and she said the cook said it didn’t come with it mind you all there pictures online and on the menu show crème in them…. The rest of our food was decent but if you’re looking online just know the food isn’t the same

Where do I start,we stood at host counter for 10 mins while host was busy chatting up a customer, then sat for 5 mins before getting drinks ordered,and another 10 mins for my other drink,obviously way too short of staff to get efficient service,I ordered the breakfast plate crepes and looked nothing like the menu ,was lacking the shredded cheese and bacon on top so clearly the staff and the cook especially are not familiar with your menu and what the dish is supposed look to like presentation presentation presentation, when received the dish that was lacking I asked to speak to a manager that obviously couldn’t take time out of his or her busy schedule to attend to a customer’s needs,so as I’ve yet to say ,I nor anyone in my circle will ever waste their money or time by the time they see this,maybe shut your doors and start over ,ROCKINGHAM IHOP is a blemishe on THE IHOP INDUSTRY

No signage to be seated or wait to be seated nobody was at host desk waited for 10 minutes for sombody but decided to seat ourselves then waited 15-20 minutes for a server to come over they kept just looking at us finally a server came over took our order it took awhile to get our food. I took 2 bites of my hamburger, but could not finish it tasted off. So my recommendation is don’t eat here go some place else to eat

The waitress was great and attentive but we waited for almost an hour for our food to come out. When the food finally did arrive there was a hair in our scrambled eggs. I asked the host to speak to the manager and we waited. The manager never even bothered to come out but the waitress did comp the meal.

About an hour long wait to get our food waited about 10-15 min to put in our order quite a few people walked out at least 4 groups of people the waiter was super nice but the poor guy seemed stressed. The kitchen seems to be in shambles

No one around to greet or seat us. Sat at a table and finally someone comes out to serve a table on other side. She motions us to move to her side and we sat at a dirty table, so I immediately asked for a wet cloth to wipe down table. She said okay. She then goes to other customers and we were forgot about. Then comes back ,she asked what we wanted and I told my husband I’m not hungry. I said you can order but I’m good. Not about to eat anything on a nasty table. We left . Husband said no also . Never got a wet cloth to wipe table or even an offer to wipe it down. Not impressed with this place at all. Definitely need to get some trained staff in there.

On the date my wife and myself went to this establishment and there was an hour wait to be seated but the restaurant was only occupied by maybe 12 other customers sitting at tables. There were 10 other people in front of us that were also waiting to be seated. Majority of those customers got up and walked out. After being seated and we ordered and got drinks. It was maybe 20-30 minutes before our food was served. Then my order was wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich because I don’t eat a lot of beef. Waitress brought out a cheeseburger. I told her my order was wrong and she said this was the 3 rd time she was gonna have to go back and cook my sandwich. I asked why was she cooking and she said because they were short staffed. So I have not been back. A lot has to change before I go back there. Wife wanted to give them another chance. Well yesterday evening they were closed, went back at noon today and is still closed. It may be for the best or at least until major changes are made.

We (my mom, son and i) came in town for a funeral about 930 last night (Friday night) we were the only customers there. The employees were all outside and once we were seated the server continuously (4 times) asked us if we wanted to take our food to go. After stated we had a 6.5 hour trip and preferred to eat in, our food came out over cooked and the whole time the server was so rude. Luckily, it was only one night in town and we won’t be back.
