Decent place for a breakfast. Wasn’t busy at all around 9am weekday. Coffee is quite diluted, pancakes and breakfast is good though. Waiters are nice and attentive. Restrooms are in a miserable condition, but clean.

Good was exactly what was expected., even exceeded expectations considering there was no one in the restaurant when I came to pick up my food. Always get worried when there are no guests at a restaurant close to a meal time. Friendly service. Just couldn’t give it a 5 for atmosphere because I didn’t dine in.

Service is good every time I dine in. I always order the pancakes and smoked sausage breakfast. I like my sausage almost burnt and they make it how I like it. Very filling.

It’s a very busy location, but I feel their team did a great job! The food was good, and the wait time wasn’t too bad. I would give the location 5 stars, but they didn’t have hot syrup, lol. I will definitely go back again when I am in the area.

This IHOP was a disappointment we were part of six and it took over 20 minutes just for someone to come and ask us if we wanted coffee then it took another 15 minutes before they came for our order and when they did bring our order it was incorrect and I’m complete one had to order correct when we asked for Corrections the server looked at us with a puzzle look as to say why do we want it corrected we decided to keep the order of the way it was and move on the server is projected an attitude as if we were bothering them why were we there definitely did not feel welcome and just chatted a little icing to the cake any party of six or greater they automatically add an 18% gratuity to your check whether you agree with it or not this is one I have I will never revisit

Good service. The Restrooms were being remodeled. The men’s room was open for everyone to use, but there’s no lock on the door. I had chicken and waffles. It was good, but the chicken is chicken tenders not whole pieces of chicken.
