Good food, but be prepared to wait. Ordered our food before both parties next to us even arrived, now eating after they’ve both been served, and one had finished and left. Server very polite and checked on us multiple times. But we were here nearly an hour before our food came out.

The server was nice, however she seemed to be a bit lost. The food was cold and I’m pretty sure waffles aren’t supposed to crunch like a chip. Oh, and the prices are not fair by any means. Overall I wouldn’t come back

We came on a very busy Sunday morning to somewhere that is also new to the area so of course we know there’s going to be a wait to be seated and receive our food. I have absolutely no complaints. Our service was great and our food was honestly better than we expected it to be. All around great experience.

I would say it was an above average IHOP experience. The restaurant is newly opened, and very clean. Our waitress and hostess both were polite and friendly. Food came out correctly in a timely manner, and was very good. The only thing I will say is the A/C works VERY well, it was very cool for our entire meal.

Arrived on the first morning this new location was open. Everyone from the hostess to my server was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Noticed quickly, this place is much more than a pancake joint. Tried the Cinnamon Bun Crepes. They were delicious and came from the kitchen quickly. You need to like sweet if you order this dish, which includes two crepes wrapped around sweetened cream cheese and drizzled with a sweet cinnamon sauce.The fresh strawberries made the dish even better. Can’t wait until they are fully staffed so we can enjoy a late-night meal here.

This was my first visit (with friends) to our new Lexington IHOP and it more than exceeded my expectations! It was our server Crystal M’s first day (on her own) and you could’ve fooled me! She was courteous and professional with just the right amount of tending to our needs. The food came out quickly and was delicious! All of the staff were kind and welcoming. This new restaurant is beautiful and clean (including the restroom!). I highly recommend going to see for yourself! It was a bit crowded (and this was on a Thursday morning!) yet we were seated right away and Crystal came over to us right away. Will definitely be going back!

Ehh don’t go and expect much. Going in on a Monday at 11 am I am extremely displeased. So many staff workers. Not enough customers for us to be sitting there that long. More than two waitress right beside us busting a table but can’t even just simply communicate. As we go to leave calmly of course then the front offers to take our order. Too new to be that unorganized! Won’t be back. We went right across the street to cracker barrel and already have our order in the makes.
