Went for my daughter’s birthday and was overall satisfied with everything. The manager at this location is extremely nice and professional. He always seems to be aware of what’s going on and where he’s needed. He saved this experience from starting out fairly poor to making it a pleasant experience with amazing food.

This is our 3rd try at this particular restaurant. Each time it gets worse, service is horrible! We sat down today at 8:30a.m. and finally got out food at 9:15. That is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. They were obviously understaffed and the manager was no where to be seen. Server kept apologizing, not sure what for, she obviously knew things were bad.

I hop is American classic breakfast restaurant. They made a comeback over the years. However they have to work on the quality of their product. I ordered a a cheese and tomato omelette with seasoned potatoes. I got a egg omelette with some cheddar cheese on. Mixed with diced tomatoes. Nothing in side the omelette. The potatoes had no seasoning just chunky french fries.

The service especially management is the worse I’ve seen post Covid and when I ask for the managers name he threatens to call the police on me?????what?!!!!!! They’re were only 2 servers during lunchtime and our server was great but they were working they’re selves to death so like I said when I ask for the manager to ask him about this and his name he threatens to call the police,after he lied and said he was doing a interview when he was actually over in the corner with his family kids and all instead of helping the servers and greeting and sitting down paying customers, this ihop should be ashamed of themselves for having such poor leadership

Our waiter, Isiah I think, was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, the best IHOP I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend it. Just wish they had Denver Omelettes on the menu.

This IHOP is consistently short staffed so it takes a while to get food sometimes. However I already know this going in and my family goes anyway cause the workers are pleasant and the food is good. I’ve had no issues and we’ve been almost every other Tuesday regularly for the past few months.

Came here on Saturday evening, 4/22 to eat with my daughter. Came in an could see around 2 tables occupied. Nobody was at the hostess stand to greet us when we came in. So we stood there for about three minutes. After that, a woman came out of the kitchen carrying food and looked over at us and said, “hi I’ll be with you shortly”. We waited another two minutes or so, and the lady was mumbling something to herself as she walked back into the kitchen. My daughter and I waited awkwardly about another 6-8 minutes. No one ever came out, checked on us, or seated us. So we walked out of the restaurant and left. Probably will never be back. I can’t remember that ever happening to me before. Pretty disappointing, considering we’ve had IHOP through DoorDash and really like the food.

What service? I hung out at a booth for 20 minutes with my family. No server. No drink. like we were just there to audit the menu. The “managers” are running a mickey mouse business in the shell of the old ruby tuesday. It shouldn’t be here. The booths are too cramped. And the one good server they have knows that they suck because she’s always apologizing about the wait, even on a good day. Go to the ihop toward Chippenham. They’re always busy, but that means their servers know what to do.
