Laplata Ihop is always a good choice for a good menu selection. The menu has been redone recently. New items and lots of different choices. The restaurant is clean. The waitress was friendly and kept checking in on us. I have never had bad food here. I would give them 8 out of 10 stars. Something for everyone to eat here.

This location is very good; however, every time I order my spinach omelet, they fail to include the hollandaise sauce which is a part of the dish. And there’s no way to request additional condiments or extra sauce on doordash since the store doesn’t allow it. If you’re not going to allow requesting additional sauces or ensuring the food is to our liking, at least include what is supposed to be included based on the menu. Recommend eating in or picking up your order if you can.

Bethanie our server was the worst server I have ever had. We went to order the new pancake tacos and she said “that sounds gross.” Why would you say that to someone when they are ordering their food…we didn’t really know how to react. So we just kinda laughed it off. When we got our food she said “is it better then it sounds” why are we still talking about our food being gross to you? Then we waited 10-15 minutes while she stood at the server station chatting with what appeared to be a manager (she had stars behind her ears) and we were trying to get her attention and she didn’t come over. She even was say a new table and they waited. It was just all’s round the weirdest experience we had. The food was good and this is a nicer Igor than we have been too. But please don’t talk about our food choices when we are ordering.

Managers ruin the atmosphere. Didnt like I had my esd 4lb dog in a carrier there. Not military or family friendly. 4 tables in house an they complained my dog didn’t need to be there. Waiter had to tell us, he got in trouble in for it and wasn’t his fault.

My steak was great. I love that they ask how I want it cooked. Our server was attentive. I don’t like that you can only pay the server. We left the table to pay and had to wait for our server to return to leave. This was at the Clinton location.
