Grace was awesome. I went in at 7am today and she was extremely helpful and kind. Made my Father’s Day order a breeze. Even went through everything and made sure my order was perfect. All the while greeting customers and answering phones. She was amazing.

My fiance and i had gone here to get food. We got a table right away and sat there… for about 15 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us at all while the staff just walked by without saying anything. After about 4 different wait staff had walked past multiple times we hadn’t even gotten to order a drink yet… the service was absolutely horrendous and i can’t recommend going to this location at all. Pick a different ihop because these people just don’t seem to care.

Love the new iHop. We usually go during the week since it’s more quiet. Love the atmosphere but the music was a little loud for me and the AC was ver cold! Food was delicious as always! Give it a try!

if I could give this place 0 stars for service I would. me and my fiancé got seated right away and no one came to us asking us for our drink orders or anything! we were there waiting for 30 minutes. we saw the waiters and waitresses walking around and chit chatting, not doing their job. we walked right out! always been a fan of ihop and since this location is brand new we wanted to give it a try. never coming back!

Ordered a quick meal for 2 as I didn’t feel like cooking. After the employee couldn’t get my order correct using their register and eventually had to call someone to help, I SHOULD’VE RAN OUT!!!! They didn’t have 1 item I ordered so they gave me an extra meal & acted as I should’ve been grateful. I Would’ve preferred a refund. After an exhausting day at work, I had no energy to demand a refund!The extra meal was greasy looking, definitely not appealing, perhaps someone’s left over. I get home and my order was wrong. It was a waste of time and money. They need a more experienced staff or more training!!! It was truly DISGUSTING! 2 stars for some effort. 2nd time having an issue and there will not be a 3rd!!!!!

I have ordered DoorDash from this ihop before with no issues. My fiancé and I decided to go out and have breakfast at this ihop for a date. We got seated immediately, but after 30 minutes without a waiter visiting our table at all we thought we’d wait five more minutes and if no one came to the table we would leave. Three minutes later another table gets seated and immediately a waiter took their table. Not only did this waiter take their drink order but he visited another table next to us to ask how everything was. I am appalled by the lack of service we received this morning. Will no longer be ordering from here and would not recommend coming here.
