This is by far one of the best IHOP’s I’ve been in. The place was clean and the staff were all super friendly and attentive. From the floor manager that seated us to all the servers. Christine, our waitress really took her time with us and came back to check often. I would totally travel the distance to go here again!

The place has been open for three weeks and our waitress Catherine was amazing. She had so much energy and interaction with our large family. We absolutely loved her. Her people skills were impeccable and rare. I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing. It’s in a great location also.

Terrible experience. I sat here waiting for my pancakes for over 30 minutes. I watched people who came in after me receive their food while im sitting here waiting for mine. When my pancakes finally came out, they were cold. I complained to the server about my cold pancakes considering I waited over 30 minutes for them. The manager came over and not once did she apologize for the lack luster service. She took my plate back to the kitchen. That took another 15 minutes. I seriously considered just paying for what I already had and leaving. If you would like to buy some cold food that doesn’t taste good and be frustrated with the level of service, this is the ihop for you. I’m even literally waiting to my pay my bill right now and even that is taking long. I certainly won’t be back.

Went to Medford for breakfast. Customer acknowledgment is lacking with entering and exiting. We had Dajuan as our server. He was nice, friendly, and attentive. Drinks and food were a little slow with coming out. We don’t blame our server because it was crowded and he had many tables to attend to. They need more help in the kitchen and servers. Food was delicious. We had omelets, Pancakes, French toast, eggs benedict. Which was all good. Regular coffee was a little weak. We will go back to try other foods.

My Daugher and my 2 Grandsons took me here for my Birthday i love pancakes. Our waitress Marie was so friendly and nice. We will be back because of Marie and ask for Marie everytime Thank you Marie. Also the whole crew sang happy birthday to me thank you and the pancakes were 5 STAR

We came to the new location. It’s nice and quiet, food was great. Just one thing: they need to work on customer acknowledgement…Too many floating heads and no attention to guest. We will come back and give them a second chance, New place, they need time to work the kinks out.
