The stuffed jalapenos were tasty. The ramen we ordered were great. Not a fan of the protein and the bamboo shoots. Over all good food.

Honestly extremely good ramen. The sides were okay I didn’t know the bao bun was gonna be sort of a taco covered in mayo but to be honest I should’ve known that so that’s on me; but the ramen was really good I would definitely go again. The prices weren’t bad either, so overall a good experience. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is nice casual.

Not sure how helpful my review will be since I only eat Tan Tan ramen. I can’t eat fatty meats or textures like chasu so there aren’t many options for me. When I lived in NY most restaurants have Tan Tan but here in OC, I’ve yet to come across a restaurant that serves it. That is why I was delighted to see a ground pork and Chasu option. My brother gets my chasu (he normally orders extra for his bowl) and I get my ground pork. Most of their ramens don’t have an egg or bamboo or corn (all extra). The portions for appetizers and noodles were big. We all left very full. Food was also very good. Service was also great. Our server was really nice. We came 30 minutes before closing and they still had a lot of guests so the kitchen was a tad slow. I normally never want to go get ramen but now that I can macGyver my ramen here, I’ll definitely be wanting it more often

I enjoyed dining at this ramen spot! The servers are friendly and they are able to give great suggestions of their popular dishes. I ordered the miso garlic bomb ramen and added egg which was a wonderful addition and I was able to try my boyfriend’s order which I believe was the spicy Chashu Ramen with added egg. Both had a lot of flavor. The only thing that was a bit offputting was their tap water. It has a noticeable chemical aftertaste so we ended up ordering milk tea to go with dinner. I will definitely be returning!

Tried the signature ichitaru ramen and it didn’t disappoint. The ramen comes in a wide spectrum of spicy level, where you can challenge yourself to eat the spiciest level in 30 minutes to win yourself a free topping.

Great flavor, not as spice as you would think for a 20 out of 20 spcie level, but still very good flavor.

Absolutely incredible all around meal and service! Was staying in Cypress one night after flying in and we were just wanting something filling to unwind from traveling all day. Thankfully this was about a mile from our hotel in a small strip center with about 3-4 other businesses. We got Pork Buns and Spicy Garlic Edamame for appetizers which were both mouth watering. I was a little intimidated by the amount of differing Ramen’s on the menu but our server walked me through after hearing my preferences and spice levels. The Ichitaru Ramen was so flavorful I’m still thinking about it as I type this. Got an incredible night of sleep after the meal. 5/5 all around!

Went here to get my friend an early bday meal, the pork Shumai were really small(I think they were pre-made since the ones I’ve bought at the store are the same size) . The soba came with dried seaweed, portions of chicken, katsuobushi, bamboo shoots, and two eggs. This was a first for me because soba usually doesn’t have things like this(First experience with soba with different toppings) and came with a very dark soup. Unfortunately the soup wasn’t really edible, from what I could taste it was solid soy and maybe teriyaki sauce that was so much sodium I couldn’t use it after the first couple of bites, combined with the dried seaweed, flakes and the extremely dry chicken(it was overcooked) it made it too dry without the soup. The bamboo shoots were nice as well as the two half eggs, and I did enjoy the actual soba noodles, and the milk tea I got was very tasty.

I went to Ichitaru Ramen with a group of friends last night. It’s a small restaurant, but they tried their best to accommodate our group.
