A hole in the wall spot. Good food, amazing service, but the atmosphere was really dark in there.

I had the katsudon with karaage as an appetizer. It was really delicious with an large portion. The server (I didn’t get her name) was very friendly and accommodating. Their new location is really spacious and feels very high end, would go again.

Enjoyed lunch here with my family. Highly recommend the chicken nambam, curry udon, and fried gyoza. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful.

Humble spot with reliable food and service. It’s got some home cooked meal vibes as well. Jamaican beer matched our orders well – karaage and tonkatsu. Good value for money as well at 50 bucks for two.

These pictures are awful but it was 2am! We got the grilled chicken plate – comes with a ginger salad, rice and miso soup. The chicken isn’t really grilled, it’s more like lightly breaded but it was SO good. Piping hot too. The other dish we got was the udon noodle soup, I can’t remember the name but it came with tender shredded beef. And oh my goodness! Some of the best broth I ever had. It was delicious and the servers were so friendly. It was pretty packed for 2am as well. This is so much better than ending your night with pizza.

I went to this restaurant a few weeks ago with a friend, to have what I thought would be a good meal. Instead the seats we chose happened to sit below the grease duct of the restaurant, and an hour after sitting down, I turned around and my friend was shocked by the mess on the back of my shirt. The grease had been dripping on my back the entire night!!

We arrived here to fill a late night ramen craving, but to our pleasant surprise were greeted with rice dishes and udon. Fast service and good food. We sat outside on the enclosed private patio booths and loved the outdoor, cozy vibe.

Stopped in here for a quick catch up dinner late at night with a friend. From the moment we were seated our server Ryan was such a great host. He took the time to walk us through the menu and changes they had made recently. He had some stellar recommendations (don’t miss the shabu shabu salad and the curry udon). He perfectly understood the balance of being engaging but also leaving us to talk and enjoy our food as we went through the meal. Could not speak highly enough of his service, Ichibantei is lucky to have him.

Went were with my gf last night and love everything about this place. The food was lovely, service even better. The vibes were definitely there…our server was also the DJ and his playlist was awesome. We went around 11:20pm and just really enjoyed ourselves. Shoutout to Bryan for the awesome customer service, giving us the background on the restaurant, and literally moving a table out of the way for us to take pics in the infinity mirror (so many cool mirrors). Would absolutely recommend and we will be returning.

This place is gas. The food was delicious, the restaurant also plays old school reggae music which is the perfect juxtaposition with the Japanese comfort food and the posters of classic Japanese films. We had the grilled veggies, the Katsudon and Chicken Katsudon and the Chicken Katsudon and the veggies stole the show. Would definitely recommend for a chill date night or to catch up with a friend
