Very impressed. I ate on the opposite side of the Food Court a while back and was not happy but this is a 360 from that. Sushi was fresh which is really important. Shrimp tempura also very fresh with great sauce. Both my son and I got the Bento box as well. I would definitely eat here again.

I was a bit skeptical at first I’ll admit, but I had the ‘Sakura Blossom’ roll and I loved it! I’m literally planning on going back next week for it again. Their prices aren’t too bad compared to some other places. Staff was very friendly and I got good vibes all around. I wish they would bring back the miso soup though!

I ordered French fries while my granddaughter played in the kids spot. The portion size was decent for the 6 bucks but there was NO salt or flavor really to them. The only flavor came from the tiny little bit of catchup, that didn’t even fill the sauce cup 1/2 way. Disappointed for sure.

Today while doing some Christmas shopping we stopped in to try out this Sushi spot and I have to say it was good but some of the rolls weren’t kept to a smaller roller size where it was almost too big and slim to pick up with chopsticks but it was delicious and for $30 mall food it wasn’t too bad.

I had the teriyaki salmon bento box. My expectations were not high as this was a mall food court establishment and I was very pleasantly surprised. The portions were generous and, best of all, the salmon came with the SKIN on. Not enough restaurants (though there is an increasing trend in that direction) do it. It’s a shame because salmon skin is delicious and balances out the dryer meat portion of the fish. However, salmon skin is not good raw as in sashimi.

The only place I eat at when I’m at the mall, it’s all fresh and made to order, it’s Not a fast food joint, so don’t expect to get your food in 4 seconds, but it’s well worth the wait

Got to Register walked by two staff members no eye contact. When finally someone got to register, no hello….no how may I help you…nothing. Gave her my order only drinks…she got it wrong. Rude not only to me but heard a few ppl as well at otHer tables mention how rude they were. No one says be over friendly but a simple hello goes a long way.

I waited almost 30+ minutes for my meal, which I ordered the kids meal. The family that I was with had their food and was finished before mine was, and they ordered from another food court location. The food was not great either. Another customer and others waited for over 30+ minutes for theirs too. They are understaff. One cashier, two sushi prep person, one person calling out orders, another one just socializing with one of the individuals making sushi, and saw another lady come out and looked but didn’t even assist with the register. I will not return to this location next time I am at Arden Mall. I would give it a zero if I could.

You can tell the owner doesn’t want to spend money on making their customer happy. I asked for a larger cup of water and was told they aren’t allowed to give anyone a medium sized cup. If they’re worried about paying for a 15¢ cup they should’ve just said that. I’ve would’ve paid an additional 15¢ for the cup. We had ordered the mixed tempura (which is supposed to be a mix of shrimp and vegetable), and was given vegetables with 1 shrimp… we went to the counter and mentioned we only got 1 shrimp, and they said that’s the only way they’re allowed to serve the dish. The food is decent, but we’re never coming back here.
