The shorter older gentleman who we had the displeasure of having as our server was incredibly rude. Started by tossing our straws, salads and soups at us sloppily enough to spill them all over the counter and onto the birthday girls dress. When she went to order she asked a question about how all of us would order if we were all getting hibachi, he proceeded to yell at our group “are you ready or do you need a minute?” And then walked away from the table for over ten minutes. Comes back and barked at each of us to ask us what we wanted. The two people who wanted menu items were told “no that’s from the kitchen”. I struggled with what we had done to upset him? Maybe that some of our group was late? So were the table next to us? We had a birthday too but no singing or drums for our table as we saw them do for the group before us. It really makes me wonder if we were treated like this because our group was predominantly black people? No refills for anyone’s drinks or napkins we asked for to clean the miso soup he sloshed onto the table. I just can’t get past the fact that he yelled at our group then the restaurant charged 18% gratuity…..for each of our tabs. We all in all paid well over 700$ for the rudest service I’ve ever witnessed at a restaurant. The actual cook was very nice and the train noise he made when he did the fire truck on the griddle was super funny.

It’s been a long time since I’ve went some where and didn’t take more than a couple of bites. I was highly disappointed with everything I received. I hate to waste food but I couldn’t force myself to eat the food. Everything seemed to have been sitting out based on the temperature and quality.

I suggested this restaurant for a friend’s birthday and am horrified that I did. Our waitress wasn’t able to understand us when we ordered. Once we ordered and the waitress was serving our salad her long hair kept falling into the salads and soups when she delivered those. She also either turned off the cook too or didn’t turn it on like she was supposed to so when the chef was ready to cook he had to go to another table because ours wasn’t hot enough to cook the food. This made our party wait even longer to eat. Our chef finally got to our table and burned our food. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I do not recommend.

We got our table really quick and easily for lunch. The food and service was really decent. Our server was nice and attentive to our needs and the food came out fast. One thing I did notice when I came in was how sticky the floors were. I also sat next to the fish tank and the glass on the outside needed cleaning and for some reason there was on old lemon skin just sitting next to my head. Check video. I’d come back and restore higher if those things were fixed.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED. They are the same dirty restaurant with a new cover up name. The dishes were dirty and didn’t see until after we drank the soda down. They placed the menus that everyone touches on top of each plate, very unsanitary. The cook was nice. The manager was unwilling to compensate for anything and barely apologized for the filth. Not a great experience and WILL NOT be returning.

This place is awesome to bring a group of friends. Especially if you’ve never experienced hibachi before. The wood was delicious, the menu is huge and there is so much to choose from! Service was great and the food was even better. I would highly recommend.

Horrible experience we watched the chef put on an amazing performance for another table then he can to ours and gave us absolutely nothing. I ordered sesame chicken when it got to the table there was no rice the waitress told me it didn’t come with rice and the chef corrected her and told her yes it does. She came back with my food and I noticed I got orange chicken instead I asked her if it was sesame she said she didn’t know. She brought it back and returned with the same plate just with sesame seeds. I didn’t want to continue to make a fuss but the meat was so stale. And it was clearly just orange chicken with seeds on. Someone who I’m assuming was the manager came to the table and told me that’s how they make it it’s just orange chicken with seeds on it. I’ve never ever heard of that nor have I eaten orange sesame chicken. I told him ok and no thank you. He kept asking me what’s wrong with it and I kept telling him I just don’t like the taste or flavor. He seemed agitated and at that point I was over the experience. I left hungry and disappointed

well, at least the multiple cups and glasses we got were entertaining to say the least. they used a glass water cup to put my friends hot tea in… that seemed like an explosion waiting to happen.

My husband and I went here for dinner the food tasted like it was just warmed up/had been sitting and parts of it were cold. The service was slow but we figured maybe theyre having an off day? No, there was only 2 other sets of people. My husband and I both ordered food but only his came out. 20mins later still nothing. I had to wave down a waitress and re order. And as we left we paid for our food i thought it was over. Wrong again, I check my receipt and my bank and its two different numbers. They overcharged me/ went back and took and additional $15 from me. Our total was 62$ and my bank was pending $77. Called the restaurant manager and they said the would refund me but its been 2weeks no refund in sight. This place used to be good but avoiding it completely now!!!!
