On a friend’s recommendation, visited the neighboring store and then walked in here for small lunch. I had one veggie pizza slice which costed $6 and it was a decent size to fill up someone temporarily. The bread was really soft, yet crunchy! The sauce tasted great too. Overall the slice was satisfying! Would love to visit again and try from many other veg options!

I’ve always regarded Ivarone highly but there’s been some inconsistencies in the restaurant over time. Ordered Spaghetti Carbonara, but it was more soupy and the presentation blah. It’s not the first time I’ve eaten this dish, but its preparation/presentation has become mediocre. The nerve of the cooks to serve this messy dish to customers. The lettuce in the Cesar Salad had brown edges and the dressing wasn’t tasty. Who does quality checks on what’s coming out of the kitchen? It was a disappointing meal, I can’t recommend Ivarone’s restaurant after tonight.

We were not allowed to order a pie at the table in the cafe area. Poor waitress would have gotten a good tip. When my husband went up to order a pie from the counter they were rude. Didn’t give us plates and put it in a cardboard box. Also the prices are insane.

Great food and excellent service. Sometimes I come for a quick slice other times for the dining experience. My go to dish is the sautéed grilled chicken with broccoli rabe. The regular pizza is solid, I rate it 7/10, good crust and cheese but needs more sauce in my opinion. The best slice is the grandma and margarita I give it 8/10.

I go to this pizza place since their food is always good. I ordered 2 Sodas together and asked the person if they could give me a carrier or small bag since my hands are tight. The person looked at me and said, “No. We don’t provide the bag” that I was a crazy. I think they could provide the better service who comes to the store regularly for their pizza.

Went in for lunch to kill time between doctor appointments. Had 2 specialty slices that were delicious. I didn’t sit in the back service area, but in the front seating area by the bar. The bartender was polite and gave me a glass with ice and some lemon and lime wedges for the bottle of soda I had also purchased. It was a friendly atmosphere and a pleasant visit. Will definitely be there again in the future.

My friends and i had lunch and the food was excellent. However, my takeout order left alot to be desired. The cheesecake which cost $9.00 was three inches long and about one inch thick. I should have checked the order before I left. My husband who I placed the takeout order for was not happy!!

Wow! The Bronzino was one of the best meals, although it didn’t come with the head, lol! I love the whole fish, but the best filet made my day! I tried Brooklyn Sicilian slice. The broccoli rabe was delicious too! The minestrone was fantastic too! That cheesecake? I hope it’s homemade because I would run a marathon to get a slice! Is there anything that is not good here? I don’t think so! Everything’s perfect! Good service too. Thanks!

This place has the absolute best meatball hero that I’ve ever eaten and I grew up eating in Queens and Brooklyn Italian restaurants. This place has Great food. The service is on the slow side but the food is worth the wait.
