Ordered an Italian mixed sub and don’t even know what meat this is (see photo) The pepperoni they put a total of 7 slices of pizza pepperoni. The pizza is lacking flavor as well. It was delivery so I didn’t go to the location to really determine a atmosphere review. Delivery was extremely fast though.

Every SINGLE time I get from this location (Schenectady), it hits. There aren’t any misses here. My go to is the BBQ chicken pizza, as well as the boneless hot wings … but I’ve had plenty of other dishes from salads to mozzarella sticks / french fries. This location is really good; over a time period of me getting it throughout the last 4 years. A great, luckily, available very late night options for those who are night owls !!! Picture is my go to order (I recommend highly !)

I ordered delivery and it was an hour and 45 minutes late. He showed up and accused me of handing him counterfeit money. I had an older $100 bill and he said he couldn’t accept it even though I proved to him it was a real bill. He called me all kinds of names before he left. This place hires some real idiots. Will not be ordering from them again.

Numerous times I paid for food and didn’t receive my food, nor did I receive a refund or was I accommodated for my food. I called 2 different times letting them know my order was wrong and all they say is were sorry. Today I called a female shorted me on wings and said if you order tonight I will give you your wings. How when I paid my hard earned money for my food. If I don’t have the exact amount I can’t owe you guys so therefore give me what I paid for. Once they got your money it’s forget you seriously. They lost an everyday costumer because the females that work there don’t know what’s going on, just taking people money and giving them whatever.

Reviews are right. My pizza dough was raw. My chicken wings had no sauce they were burnt, overcooked , dry and recooked. 50 dollars of food the worst I ever had and wish I didn’t waste money on this food on a night I was trying to celebrate. Nice saucy wings would of been nice.

The food was good but alittle pricier for some items. I gave them a rating of 1 because they use Slice for delivery. The Slice driver called an old number of mine, not the current number I gave them, so they couldn’t reach me by phone. Slice claimed they waited a half hour for someone to answer the door, but I never heard anyone ring the doorbell or knock, and I was watching for them. So the delivery system is not satisfactory. The restaurant staff was exceptionally rude when I tried to get my order which had already been deducted from my credit card. And no one was interested in refunding my tip. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered the chicken parmesan wrap I did not like the chicken parmesan wrap, looking for the usual wrap this chicken parmesan wrap had lettuce tomato very different I only ate the chicken piece and threw the wrap tomato lettuce away, everything else is usually good pizza chicken brownies etc.
