Yeah. Gotta say kinda disappointed with this place. It just didn’t live up to the hype. The fries were good but meh. They are located on the outside of the mall so you don’t actually have to schlep through the mall to get to them. So that’s nice. They are open late so if you need a good greasy meal before a night out it’s good spot. They do have milkshakes. My friends did seem to enjoy it. Smoothies too but we didn’t try it. The burger was under cooked and they cleanliness is questionable.

I just went to I Heart Fries because I love fries and really loved the concept. This place is AMAZING!!, they have so many options to choose from. I chose The Argentino Bowl and the meat was to die for, so flavorful!! The fries were perfectly crispy too! And the juice was fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely you have my heart ❤️ and will be coming back soon!!

I went here due to all the advertisements via text message. I went one time previous but forgot to re ord it. This time I purchased the venazualo and had huevo (egg) and bacon added. Venazuelo comes with ahredded beef, plantains and beans. it looks good. The price was even better. I do recommend

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME! You try and give them a chance and they make you wait 30-45 minutes for food with an empty restaurant every time! They’ll always have an excuse and just say sorry and for you to continue to wait. 0 customer service, and 0 efficiency! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ONE HOUR TO WAIT MINIMUM!

Came in and ordered a New York Burger and ask for it to be with no pickles and no cheese and they brought it with cheese and pickles after I requested for it to be changed thy brought it with no cheese but with pickles(no big deal I just removed it) but they brought it with no bacon, after completing they stated they will tell the manager but no one came they just brought the bacon on the side after I was basically done with the burger (and I waited a few minutes before continuing eating) + my wife’s food was cold and they stated the food will be made at the moment was orderd. I definitely would NOT recommend this restaurant and will never come back.

Be aware, they wont serve you the food they promote, i ordered a Argentino plate which they show with a juicy entraña cut in strip and they bring me a dry bistec strips with a thickness of less than 2mm. completely different cut. very disappointed, send the food back and got my money back.
