With most restaurants, the atmosphere is what brings people in the most. But the waitress Cheyenne went above and beyond. She checked back on me, made GREAT conversation, and genuinely felt like I mattered as a customer. The definition of perfect customer service! Aside from that? The good really is wonderful. I’ve never waited too long for food, the place is clean and the music is awesome. A 10/10 place to stop.

Half of the onion rings were good. The other half of the order was burnt beyond recognition. They have a habit of refrying French fries and onion rings. May 2023, no change. Still putting fries that have been sitting there back into the fryer and reheating them and calling them just cooked. My onion rings were just as bad as before. This is my last visit.

hwy 55 is a hidden gem when it comes to delicious food options. I recently tried their Philly steak and French fries, and I was blown away by the flavors and quality of the meal. The Philly steak was cooked to perfection, tender and full of savory goodness. The French fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way I like them. The portion size was generous, giving me the satisfaction of a filling meal.

The food was great!!! Everyone’s customer service was awesome expect for one person. Ms. Cheyenne. I noticed how her attitude was towards me and my family, then when I asked her for condiments she caught an attitude with me. Her language to her coworkers were crazy especially when customers was around! I reported her to the manager and told them I would be making a report. Everyone else was wonderful and I hope my next experience isn’t as bad.

This is their new detached building. They used to be across the street in the same shopping center as the Walmart. This new building has a better feel to it. It’s way more inviting. Very clean and spacious. Our waitress was named Ashley. She was very nice and professional. The food was decent. It wasn’t the best or worse sub I had. I had the chicken cheese steak with tots. The bread was very soft and delicious. The tots were good but they didn’t give you much. And the food arrived at our table in less than 10 minutes, that was awesome! The price was great too, a sub, tots and drink for $10, not bad at all.

$17 for a single meal not a large either. Oh and do you want to leave a tip! Hahaha don’t charge $17 per person and ask about a tip at a drive through. Food is of average quality except the fries I had in the past were flavorless.

Ordered through door dash and didn’t receive drinks. Opened up my order and completely wrong. Called and drove up there to get order remade and still wasn’t made right even after it was checked my shift leader. The “cook” that made it lied even after we checked it the third time ourselves. We took the food before we created a scene. Overall food was delicious as always, crew leader went above and beyond, and the cook sucks.

Just went there for the 1st time and unfortunately did not have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I liked, but the food quality and presentation was terrible. I went there for dinner and the fries looked like they had been made that morning..tasted stale. I went in to replace them and they made a fresh batch but never added salt. Fries with no salt should not exist. The kids meal was sloppy with everything spilling out and the burgers were sloppy. The hamburger tasted fine, but presentation makes a difference. Not $33 i am willing to spend again unless they make some changes.

We were asked THREE times for a tip going through the drive through. Multiple times, after we said none the first time. Why? You made my food and handed it through a window. That’s what you get paid for. If I had eaten inside, I’d tip for the back and forth and refilling drinks. The extras are what you tip for. This having a tip for everything is ridiculous, but asking multiple times trying to guilt someone into giving a tip is infuriating.
