I stopped eating here years ago due to the food always being messed up, cold, or just too greasy. I decided to give it a try again last night and ordered a hotdog meal. I drove 15 minutes home and realized I didn’t get a hot dog. I got a bun and toppings. How is this forgotten? I had even generously given a 25% tip for a to go order. The employees cared less about this inconvenience. When they remade my hot dog, it was VERY messy and the buns were soaked from just throwing everything together without any care. Ugh.

Wonderful place to eat if you love things that arent necessarily on the healthier side, but for some like me who cares its good food. Downside for me is that the service is not always the best i get a lot of attitude from waiters when dining.

We went to have banana splits for dessert . We sometimes forget about going there and it’s so close. We also will stop in and take their hotdog chili home for our hotdogs. Service is always friendly. They like what they do, and it shows keep up the good work.

Today was not a great experience not just for me but what I observed. I received my food and the bun was cold as ice and the tomato was also cold. Which made my whole meal not fit for consumption. I also noticed that the girls played in their hair, handled menus, then patrons food without washing there hands. I also noticed another patron got up twice to get a refill on his drink, noone checked in to see if he needed one. Then a family of about 7 came in & they was not greeted, because the four girls was having there own conversation at the bar. Then the man stated that he has never been here before then someone finally got up & told them they could be seated. This was unsat & the worst experience I ever had since it’s been called Andy’s.

It needs to be shut down, customer service is horrible and I watch the staff looking at customer come in and turn their backs and keep talking playing with their hair and none of them washed their hands before waiting on the next customer. Another staff had to come from the back to help the customers. My last visit for sure. Then when we received our food it was cold. The only thing hot was the fries with a bucket of salt. Need better staff this place has went down since my last visit but sad to say this will be last one.

They declined an online order…arrived and it was TOTALLY empty… went in person and the sanitation score is an 86. So there’s that. But the fried pickles came out hot, the orangeade is good still. My teenagers opinion: “it’s dirty looking and definitely run down in a lot of places… all the seats are busted an torn. There’s a lot of flies. The cheese fries are decent.” Edit to add… bread was stale. At first thought just toasted but tasted stale… chicken strips look overcooked in the pic, and were. Tough to eat. Shrimp itself was good, fried pickles were good, and the orangeade was good. We probably won’t be back based on today’s experience though. Not worth the price. No one even checked on us after taking our order so we could let them know our concerns, no one brought a check after we were done…. we just sat there. We didn’t even eat 1/4 of the food if that tells you the quality. Guess we will GO ASK for our check, and will pass on to go boxes for sure. From where we are sitting we can see 3 connected security cameras. Maybe someone should be watching and reviewing? Lost and disappointed lol. Unfortunate, as we loved this place many years ago when it was “Andy’s”, but yea. Won’t be back.

I stood at the counter while the host talk with the other two men in the back just laughing. After paying for my order, I started taking pictures and another employee woman rudely ask did I need to be helped because I was taking pictures as if she was ready for me to leave. My food was practically thrown in the bag and was not done correctly. I asked for extra meat and mayo…and.. yeah, guess they didn’t feel they had to.

Looks like a fun place on line but ended up being pretty lifeless. We ordered a chili burger with fries and cheesesteak with tots. Cheesesteak was okay as were the fries and tots, but the chili sauce was so thin is soaked right through the bun.
