This young woman was helping the cook and touching every order that came out without gloves. Then touching money, pens, and every surface possible and going back to touch more food without gloves. They make you pay for your order over the phone. When I asked for a refund due to this unsanitary waitress/host I was denied. She never l washed her hands before making drinks especially OA. I asked to get my food remade and spoke with the cook that WAS wearing gloves. MS.Lady with the purple hair had an attitude rolling her eyes, wouldn’t bag my food or hand anything to me. She snatched the receipt aggressively and when I asked for straws she wouldn’t hand them to me. I was a waitress at this same location and I know every sanitary procedure that’s supposed to be followed. Not one met. Including their hair their hair not being pulled up especially while cooking. The male cook was the only one following protocol. Won’t be eating here ever again. I should not have to patrol my food.

Customer service is trash. The first time I went in an employee was yelling out the price of a customer’s order. The second time I went in to pick up an order another employee was sitting in the barstool with her head laying down on the counter. Not to mention I told her the name for the order, waited 20 minutes for it, she came back and asked for the name again and went on to say she doesn’t see the order. I said it was a third party/ghost kitchen order and then said she saw it which means that the order hadn’t even been started on and she hadn’t checked before I had been waiting for 20 minutes already. This happened the first time as well. If third party and ghost kitchen orders are a part of the restaurants operations they need to be checked for as well.

The team working on the grill had my burger out quickly and as tasty as always. My orangeade was a little sweet, but I didn’t blame the young man who took my order. I specifically ordered a vanilla milkshake; he handed me what he called concrete. I specifically asked him. Is this a vanilla milkshake? He said yes, so I asked one of the other young people working there, and she said no, that’s not a milkshake. The young man tried to make a milkshake and did not know how to make the milkshake. None of his other coworkers seem to be willing to help him. It’s a shame to see these franchises going out of business. Understandably, workforce development is complex, but we need to train better those willing to work.

Where do I start well you don’t get greeted walking in, I sat down at the counter and was ignored for 5 mins. There was 2 guy cooks a lady manager with dark hair I guess helping cook and one waitress. The manager came and started taking orders and money mind you she had an attitude already. So after taking money she didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves and went and touched someone’s food. I asked her not to touch my order without washing your hands or gloves. She had the meanest look on her face gave me my food didn’t say have a good day thank you for coming nothing just nasty but you’re supposed to be a manager. Needs to get back to the old days when it was about making your customers smile and happy.

Horrible experience for it not to be a lunch rush hour. We put our food order in and then waited 40 minutes before we said something to our waitress, which she never came back to us after she took our order. We asked her how much longer it would be, she said it’s coming out now. That was a lie. We finally asked for our food to go and THEN they started making it. Mind you, it was not busy at all considering there was a table with 2, 3, and 5 when we arrived. An hour waiting on a food order that should’ve take 10 minutes tops. To-go orders seemed to have take priority over in person orders. Oh, and none of the cooks were wearing gloves.
