The “cheese fries” looked like there was one slice of melted cheese on them. The kids’ meal was supposed to come with a frozen custard, which I didn’t receive. Two stars because the cheesesteak was decent.

Ordered 2 large concretes. Got home and this is what I received! I live 2 min away so it’s not because it melted. Second picture is when I removed the snickers bar. I wanted a concrete not a snickers bar under some ice cream. 2 stars because it was good.

I have honestly always loved the old diner atmosphere and this place has always nailed that. Even since the place was called Andy’s. Now that I am a little older and have a son, nothing makes me happier than being able to share that experience with him and be able to enjoy a meal. A perfect way to make memories and enjoy great food.

This place is gross! We will never go back. The tea urns had not been cleaned in a long time and you could tell it. The tea was awful! There was something wrong with the ketchup. The taste and texture was off – like it had went bad a while ago. The salt and pepper shakers were gross and needed cleaning, the napkin holder, the table, the floor, the walls, etc. After looking around for a while, we were so grossed out that we could not finish our lunch. We paid and left. Gross, just gross!

We waited 30 mins after the estimated pickup time until our order was finally ready. There was only one cook making orders (the owner himself) and 3 other waitstaff. I watched the only 2 in-person tables get served while take-out orders stacked up. 3 staff stood around while 1 cook drowned by himself because he could only make 2 meals at a time. He was also rude and barking orders at his employees in front of the whole restaurant. After all that time, the cheesesteaks had half the amount of meat that it should’ve and we got the wrong sides that we paid for, which is pretty inexcusable since the owner himself made the order…

stopped in a couple of days ago for dinner. there was a lady sitting outside the front door smoking, no big deal. she then walks in behind us comes over with menus and takes our drink order. the smell of smoke was overwhelming to say the least. she never washed her hands and used the cups to scoop the ice out. i know for a fact this is a health department no no. when the young lady came to take our order my wife asked for crispy fries. she tells my wife that she will ask for them but that she would probably not get them. there was one person finishing his meal at the bar. so i could not understand why we wouldn’t get what we ordered. it was not like we we’re asking for something that was going make someone else order late. the food did come out on time. but my wife’s or my cheese was melted. no one ever came back to check on us and we both needed refills. the bath room was dirty as was the entire restaurant. i have stopped in a few times over the years with about the same service and uncleanliness and just passed it off as short staffed. i understand that they may still be short staffed. but when i was there they was one other person at the counter and no other customers. so there is no excuse for the bathroom to be dirty and the floor not clean. it does not take but a few minutes to keep a place clean. if a restaurant this dirty can get a 99.5 i would really hate to see how dirty a restaurant with a B score would be. UPDATE WITH ANDY’S OPENING IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER HWY 55 WILL EITHER CLEAN UP THEIR ACT OR CLOSE. IF THE OWNER DOES NOT WORK ON THE ATTITUDE OF SOME OF THIER HELP UNFORTUNATELY IT WILL BE THE LATTER.

We did come in 15mins to closing, but was meet with an older country women who stared at us and the OPEN sign. Then told us in a very ride fashion that “you better eat fast”. I hope the owner(s) know that this employee has insanely poor customer service skills and doesn’t understand how business works. She was working the register today at closing. We didn’t stay. Customer / money lost.

Disappointed in the quality and service of this place. We were missing several items in our order and for whatever reason they put a cold salad with a hot sub in a styrofoam container, which just ruins the salad. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only option.
