A nice no-frills old-school diner vibe that is very family-friendly for dining in. The staff is great and so personable. The kids meals are great deals — $6, which includes an entree, side, drink and their choice of frozen custard (or a paper car meal holder, but my kiddos instantly picked dessert over that). The custard size was way larger than we expected for a kids portion but they were thrilled of course. The food is good and came out fast.

Today I went to the highway 55 diner and it awful. We ordered online and I went in a few minutes before our order was ready. The floor was filthy, the cooks had ZERO customer service. Attitude and nasty disposition. I would not recommend this hwy 55 diner to anyone. I don’t know how they could have a positive rating.The chicken strips were hard, bread was wet, tots taste like they were cooked in old grease, and my sauce was not in the bag. I only gave this establishment 2stars because of the cashiers.

Best shrimp burger & Carolina Classic cheeseburger around. Daniel gave excellent service. We received our order in a timely manner and all of our food was hot and fresh. The bathrooms were very clean and all of the staff was delightful and friendly. Highly recommend Hwy 55 Knightdale.

I Brought some of their Vanilla ice cream today but the young girl give me a very small amount for two $3.45. I ordered scoops and she didn’t have on gloves. As I was leaving i said this wasn’t the same as I received the last time, which was more, i believe the older lady was a Supervisor but she didn’t try to collect or apologize. Bad customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from this place.

Not as good as it used to be when it was Andy’s. Skimped on the onion ring basket $4 for almost no rings. (The server did bring us a good basket after saying something) Custard Concrete was decent but not much for the money. Overall OK

I consider myself a patron of this amazing place since I will be going here often! I used to go to Applebees for their Oreo milkshakes but they would never have it, so I would go here! Service and food were impeccable and the chili cheese fries, shake, and burger were the staple of the experience. Although the staff could be more professional since they were talking out loud about clocking in and out, one staff member was sitting at the booth with her phone out (uniform on!). Tracie Beattie did a wonderful job, I will be returning again definitely!

Not as good as they once were. Menu prices on the website are cheaper then what they actually are. Apparently, That doesnt matter. Waitress really wasnt around. Had to go to the register for my ticket. She was nice though.

Ordered a burger and fries before closing. By the time I ate it It smelled funny so I started eating it and threw it all up I will be calling in the morning.
