I had great customer service until i called back requesting a refund for my food which has mold on my burger bun. The manager Anthony told me he’s sorry but whomever made it must not looked at the bun. I almost bit into a molded bun and you just offered to remake my meal. How do I know your not going to give me another moldy bun and waste some more of my gas. If I spend $20 for a sub, cheese burger and two fries, that doesn’t come with drinks. I would think whomever is making my food is looking at my bread to make sure it doesn’t have mold on it.

Went for dinner last night and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a Hwy 55. My hamburger steak was burnt and all cut up, never got it that way before. Slaw tasted old. My friends cheese steak had onion pieces we had to pick out that couldn’t be eaten, also found a weird looking object in it so she stopped eating after that. My kids got ice cream with the kids meals and it was all melted by the time the waiter brought it to the table. Do not recommend going to this one to anyone. Feel like I waisted my money. We went home and I had to cook dinner anyway.

We usually have a great experience coming to this location, great food and service usually. Granted they were busy but still our server was attentive in the beginning. My husband ordered a regular bacon cheese burger and they gave him a BBQ onion ring one which isn’t what he ordered, Bacon was so burnt and crispy couldn’t eat it, my daughter’s cheese burger was so burnt we told the server and all she she offered was to ” go slap her cooks for messing up” we shouldn’t have had to pay for a meal that wasn’t properly cooked she did offer to get a new one but we had already been waiting for over 20 mins after dropping off the food the 1st time. My husband already lost his appetite and my daughter ended up eating my salad as her meal. Idk if staff was new or they didn’t know how to work when it’s a little busy but we still tipped as I also used to work in the service industry. We were very disappointed and left hungry. Now having to go eat AGAIN.

We waited over 25 minutes and still no food. When we asked they had just put on the grill. No busy inside just skipped inside customers to do online orders first. We left without our food, went to Longhorn got our food less than 20 minutes. This place needs management on duty.

I’m an out of towner. Visiting family. Came in for lunch, while there, got stuck by rain storm. Had to wait it out. Great staff! Great cooks!! Great food!! Will definitely be back again soon.

Normally my chicken cheese steak is fluffy and filling. Tonight it was dry and nothing but bread I had ordered extra cheese and there was none. To top it off price went up a buck fifty and the drink cup shrunk a size and a half. Hell I can understand inflation but to go up on price and decrease drink size and after ordering extra ingredients and they subtract it altogether uncalled for.
