Over all the Burger, Shake and Fry’s establishments serves an outstanding burger and cheesesteak. You can build your own burger or go for the Carolina Classic with chili and slaw. The orangeade and lemonade is outstanding. . The waitress was excellent. The floors and windows need a good cleaning. The menu is kid friendly for 12 and under. Serving kids menu in a classic cardboard car. We had the double bacon cheeseburger, single bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and the cheesesteak.

This was my first time eating here and overall experience was good! I ordered the Chicken Tender basket with 4 Tenders and tots. Food arrived quickly. Chicken was good and came out hot! However, the tots did not seem super fresh and were luke warm. Our waitress was fantastic and staff was friendly. They give you a sample of custard to try, which was a nice surprise. I would visit again if I’m in the area.

Burger patty burnt, sandwiches smashed everything is extremely greasy and neither of us could eat our dinner bc cold smashed mess. The bread was soggy and nasty.We had to wait for fried pickles that the girl put in as a second order bc rushing us to be done, that is reason for cold food. Not worth the 20 something dollars we paid . Not impressed at all. Even fries and tots look unappetizing

I thought it was just another burger joint, but I was pleasantly surprised. It has more than burgers. The first time, I had beef, onion, peppers, and cheese sandwich. The second time, I had a salad. They also have frozen custard, which you can get a small sample. You are served at your table with the assistance of Rosie the maid from the Jetsons. (I’m sure that during training most, if not all, employees didn’t know who the Jetsons were. )

The food is great (especially the milkshakes) , and the staff is friendly, courteous, and competent. I have never been disappointed! Need a quick quality meal? They have a drive-thru! Want somewhere to take the family where everyone is happy and you don’t break the bank? This is the place! 11/10 would (and do) recommend.

This place is great! The food is delicious and the service is pretty darn good. Me and my family have been here multiple times since it has opened and the food hasn’t disappointed us once. The custard is delicious and comes with many options and are a hit with my kids. Our favorite waitress is Cadence. She is phenomenal! She is always nice and on top of everything. Even when she is busy she still does a top notch job and doesn’t miss a beat. Definitely on our list of favorite places to eat out at and it’s only made better when Cadence is our waitress!
