Food is always good. Had some curry goat with rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains. Also tried the Jerk chicken and brown stew chicken which were all good.

I ordered the goat and had a cup of the chicken soup while I waited. I thought maybe I was just hungry so I waited two weeks and went back and tried nothing but the Chicken Soup. OMG, hands down the best soup I have ever eaten. Before or after childhood. This place is small and has a very diverse customer base. Everyone is welcome and it made me feel well seeing so many different people sitting back and just enjoying great food. Please try the goat with rice peas and cabbage, chicken soup and the jerk chicken is also awesome. Not dry and very tasty.. This place is a hit!!

The food was very good, I will definitely go back to try other menu items. I ordered the large oxtails and they were delicious, very tender. Highly recommend you eat here!

Wait a minute! Why is this place not spoke of? I stopped because I was at a nearby red light bored out of my mind and I saw the sign. Whoa! I did not have time to read the reviews so I dashed in and was very satisfied. Small place and clean restroom (always important) I ordered Jerk Chicken and my husband had snapper. The fish is made to order so I ate my Jerk while the fish was prepared. Tender chicken awesome flavor no overwhelming spices. Just a awesome experience. Our plates came with rice, peas and cabbage and it was perfect. I am from St. Thomas and I truly enjoyed the experience of Huzzy’s. Nice safe area to come and enjoy some good food and vibes!

Thank God for Mr. Sean Lopez telling me about this place. Hands down the best chicken soup and jerk I’ve had in Jamaica or Houston. THE BEST. Traditional jerk taste. I had mine with rice peas and cabbage. The cabbage was not soggy and well seasoned. I dined in and the restaurant was as cool and comfortable compared to the Houston heat. I will be returning. A great find

My husband got the jerk fresh off the pit! Seasoned to perfection. Place is clean and as with any business safety should be a concern. Very safe comfortable location. The chicken soup is the best!

I’ve never had a bad experience here!!!! One of the best Jamaican restaurants in the Houston area. Excellent customer service and they always go above and beyond to cater to my requests. We love to see it!!!

Hands down the best Jamaican Chicken Soup sold over the counter. I have traveled and I have lived abroad. I have experienced Jamaican soup all over North America. This place has the best that you can buy. If it’s any better it’s being made at home and not being sold. The soup is being cooked and seasoned properly with enough chicken to hold you until your next meal. The red snapper is made to order. Takes about 20-30 minutes for the snapper and veggies to be proper so call ahead. Customer service is great and the place is clean. Plenty of parking and no parking lot distractions. Just a real down to earth yardie establishment.

First time visiting and we love it! The service was great and friendly. The food was delicious and a nice portion. I ordered 2 sm oxtails with peas and rice and 1 jerk chicken. We loved it!!, kinda far from where we live, but when in the area will definitely stop in!
