Great atmosphere and decor. Service was wonderful. Food was good! I wish the pretzel would have had salt, and the beer cheese is hit or miss. It either tastes like strong beer, or like nothing. Philly steak is great. Fries tasted a bit like they sat out. Wings were good. Cocktails are great.

Wanted to try a local wings place in that was not a chain and a friend recommended Hurricane Grill and Wings. I definitely was not disappointed. The decor is cool and it has a mellow environment. The waiter was friendly and very prompt with s service. The pretzel was huge and there was plenty of cheese dip so it made it an excellent choice for an appetizer. The boneless wings were prepared well. We ordered 20 split into 2 sauces which were delicious. A would recommend giving them a try.

Service stinks! Been waiting on 5 crispy wings… for over 1 hour. They came out uncooked & slimy after requesting crispy. No manager around, but the fine young lady who served us said she will take them off our bill because we didn’t want to wait anymore. What a joke. Food quality & service has really gone down at this location. We won’t be back! Used to be our Friday night go-to when they opened & the owner was more involved.

Stopped in around 2, ordered a beef patty burger & fries and both were very good. Burger was cooked to perfection & juicy served with plenty of hot fries. Our waitress was very attentive. It is a casual atmosphere with dining inside and out front, several tvs for sports watching if desired. Would definitely recommend it.

We went there (4 people total) on 4.28.23 about 1230 pm. The sign at hostess stand said seat your self yet the server seemed irritated that we did. (She was the only server I saw there and there was not other guestcat the tables). The server was one the the rudest unprofessional servers I ever interacted with. Wecwere going to get apps and drinks but with how bad the server was from the beginning, we only got the entrees. I ordered the Philly steak… it tasted just like the steakums you can buy in the frozen food dept of a grocery store and my fries were very salty. The other people’s food was ok but we won’t be in this place when we are in town again. If you are thinking of going here, Do yourself a favor and walk 500 feet across the parking lot to Metro Dinner, that place is much better.

Ordered burger, medium well, and fries online through their “direct” website, which said the order would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. Judging by the time printed on the receipt (four minutes later) the temperature of the fries when I picked them up (roughly room temperature) and the state of the burger (rare, maybe medium rare) when I picked them up 20 minutes after ordering, I’m going to say they beat that 45 minute estimate by about 41 minutes – speedy service when you neither want nor need it! Presentation in the box: not great, but edible, and I don’t think I’ve got food poisoning so that’s a plus.

Absolutely love this place ! Food was absolutely delicious, drinks were yummy & staff was so attentive. My absolute favorite without a doubt was the huge Pretzel, if you’re in this area you must try the food here !! I’m sure everything on their menu is delicious !

Service is slow at this location but it’s the closest to where we live. Food is always good though. Even though smoking it’s not allowed at restaurants in Florida since 2003. They still allow people to smoke cigarettes on the patio around other patrons that are eating.

Fish greasy, rice bland, and fried pickles were soggy. I don’t know who or what happened today but I am very disappointed. I have never experienced this since I been ordering from this restaurant. The two stars is the ease of the online ordering.
