Firstly, let me tell you that you can enjoy both vegan and non-vegan sushi at this neighborhood establishment. Both are equally delicious. There is an entire menu dedicated to vegan dishes (the green menu)!!! I dined here with my non-vegan family members and we were all equally delighted with chef Kohei-san’s creations. Might I add that this is quite possibly the BEST tasting vegan sushi I’ve eaten. Chef Kohei-san’s creations are unique and delicious! If I lived closer to this restaurant, I may be eating here daily. When the chef overheard that we were celebrating a graduation, he kindly prepared a special dish on the house for us! What a nice surprise and a delightful addition to our wonderful meal. I thanked chef Kohei-san for an amazing meal. He was incredibly humble and gave me a card with a note written down to try another vegan dish when I return in the future. I definitely will return and will be telling all of my friends about this amazing restaurant!

Really really pleased with our dinner at Huntington Ramen & Sushi. Prices were totally respectable and the quality of the food was not compromised! Everything was very tasty and at the end, they treat you to a tiny scoop of ice cream. It was absolutely perfect and sometimes it’s the little things that make a place stand out. You can tell they care about their customers.

This place has a variety of food including a full vegan menu as well. I was impressed by the immense selection of vegan rolls, ramen, and appetizers they had to offer. This place probably had the most selection of vegan ramen I’ve ever seen. They also had vegan friendly dessert!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I want to start off by saying they have a Vegan Sushi and Ramen menu. Their booths are cozy and private. They have a bell that you could use if you need anything and don’t see a waitress around. They are very friendly and clean. I had the Hell Fire Ramen and it was AMAZING! A good level of spice and so much flavor. I would really want them to bring their Vegan Ramen recipes to a Vegan Festival. Their happy hour prices are super affordable had a couple of Asahi Draft beers and as well it was cold and was very well combined with the Ramen I ordered. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a while. Keep up the great work!

I never write reviews, but this has been bothering me since last night so i thought I’d write one. I was at dinner with my bestie last night. We’ve been there before and we know the food is incredible. Staff had always been great. I love that you guys have a whole vegan menu. Everything was going great at dinner, our waiter was awesome (I forgot his name). Our experience was almost incredible until the end. I started noticing that the hostess started coming to our table more often, asking us if we were ready to pay multiple times but we were still waiting on our dessert, my friend and i were talking and catching up, we hadn’t seen each other in a while. The hostess looked annoyed and then later she came back checking to see if we payed already. Then at the end she literally told us “if you guys can please hurry up because we have a long waitlist.” My friend and I were taken aback. I never had a staff from a restaurant rush us before. We just replied, “oh….um…..ok” we were there total of 1.5 hr. I didn’t know there was a time limit for dinner. We felt really rushed, we felt uncomfortable so we paid and got out of there. We tipped our server over 30% (he was great and I always like to tip really well). I was just really disappointed that the hostess tainted our whole experience. And it sucks that 1 bad apple can ruin the experience of a restaurant. I don’t think that’s fair to the other staff who work really hard and are so kind to everyone. I would like to go back to the restaurant but if I do I will probably confront the hostess lol (I wish I confronted her last night but I was honestly stunned).

Our favorite place for vegan ramen. Every vegan item we’ve chosen has been great. Its a small place you might overlook. Its well known to many so you may have a wait…wait ,it’s very worth it. I always want to get sushi but the lure of nice cheque noodle in delicious brotha,amended with lots of extra garnishes wins my order. They have lunch specials also! Go!

Seems this place just opened for lunch. The Lunch Deal is buy 1 get 1 50% off for ramen and 2$ 12oz Sapporos for now. The sign brought me in and I was pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere is great, with great Japanese music but not overpowering. I have passed by this place many times going to Curry Hut but was unable to glance inside due to the tinted windows (which add to the interior atmosphere0. Ramen was not the best in the world but was pretty damn good, better than other nearby places, and price/portion reasonably. Service was quick. My 2 dollar beer was frosted and cold. Menu has so many options with a Vegan menu of almost equal size. This should be your #1 go to spot if you are Vegan (katsu curry, many rolls, options that aren’t seen at most sushi/ramen places). Also you can bring your dog on the patio and they have a bento box you can order for your dog, how awesome is that!? Will definitely be my go-to ramen/sushi place from now on.
