Asked for a Buffalo chicken wrap with just Chicken breast, Buffalo sauce, bleu cheese, and American cheese inside. What I got was chicken Buffalo sauce lettuce and tomato. Bleu cheese on the side (okay fine so we had to open it and put the bleu cheese on). We did pick up but my boyfriend had already brought the food back to the hospital when we seen this, so I called and asked if there was anyway they could deliver it 2 mins down the road since they were the ones who butchered the order. I was told I had to pay delivery fee or I would have to send him back to get a new order. How should it be my responsibility to pay the delivery fee or pay to exit the parking lot when this was their mistake? Horrible customer serious. Counter girl’s response was delivery is ONLY $2. That’s not the point, they messed the order up they should be fixing it. I won’t even post how dried out our chicken and cheese quesadilla was. Do not recommend!

Ordered 2 pizzas, chicken fingers, fries and Ceasars salad for delivery. The food was cold. One of the pizza boxes was smashed and half the pizza was stuck to it. The pizzas tasted like cardboard. Iceberg lettuce, croutons and egg for Ceasars salad? What happened to romaine and parmesan cheese?

Ordered large meat lovers pizza, 1st time ordering from here literally 1slice of pepperoni on each slice. Also was told 20min. delivery and took almost 1 hour. Pizza was Luke warm and a little under cooked.

I like their pizza. They cook their dough just the way I like: thin at the center, doughy at the crust. Recently had their tomato pie for the first time and was very happy with the sweet sauce on top. Franconi’s is my go-to pizza place. The only reason this isn’t five stars: I’ve never had an order of fries from here that wasn’t overcooked or soggy from having sat in the container for too long.
